If you plan to use this with a device that you will want to connect to other bluetooth receivers (such as headphones), forget it. This device grabs the connection whenever you enter its range. So if I'm using my iPhone with my AirPods, whenever I get in the range of the Logitech adapter, the audio automatically switches to the Logitech adapter. Try manually setting it back to the AirPods, and it switches back to the Logitech again. The only way to prevent it from grabbing the audio stream is either to turn it off or tell the iPhone to forget the device.

This actually was the 2nd time I purchased this item. I would've kept it too but wasn't responding as well as I'd hoped. Too bad, the price was perfect.

Bought this unit to use it with Tao Tronics. Have no problem connecting the two. There may be a little delay when I use the surround sound systems.

its very good and easy to use blue tooth adaptor, it converts my normal speakers work exactly like a Bluetooth speaker

I looked at the reviews for this, and have to agree with most. Great device. I use it for my outdoor audio system.

I very much enjoy Logitech as a company. I am still using my 2.1 PC speakers that I bought Summer of 2004. I have Harmony remotes, wireless mice, keyboards, iPad devices, and all sorts of add-ons from this company and have never once had a single issue with a product from them. which is why I was thrilled to see that they had one of these as I was hoping to make my receiver BT that I have sitting next to a window for outdoor use.... Plugged it into the receiver it paired up absolutely fantastic! was crazy easy to pair and was great. My phone LG V10, audio quality was poor, quiet, skipped a lot and didn't have range beyond 20 feet (they claim 15 meters in the box and 50' on bby.com). hooked up another phone, a 2013 Moto X which has better audio quality, same volume, skipped not quite as much but had around a 10 foot range. Figure I may just return this and get the Google Chromcast Audio as that will work via WiFi network and do both the Pandora and Google Play Music that I use. Came highly recommended by the sales person who said he can use it all over the house without problem.. not that I doubt that as I see many fantastic reviews but this one definitely didnt work well for me. I may exchange it for another but we will see...

The BT adapter is wonderful. It helps me keep all the items I listen to music from connected!

This product worked right out of the box with several different phones. Distance was about 40'-50'.

I bought this to stream audio to my AVR from my phone. My AVR supports airplay, but as an Android user, that didn't help. The set up was easy enough. The range was ok, but not great. The real issue is it stopped working after a couple of days and I couldn't find anything anywhere that told me how to reset it. I read the manual and tried to put it back into pairing mode, but it never responded. Overall, it was pretty disappointing.

After about one month of use this device started to emit a high pitch tone, from the device itself, which was very annoying. Too late to return due to a 14 day return policy at Best Buy and not worth looking into the warranty. Moved the device to different locations in the room and tried using different power outlets but could not resolve. Very disappointing because the sound was good.

This is an extremely annoying device to have in my home. It's programmed to always be connected, and if you attempt to connect your phone or device to a different Bluetooth device (another set of speakers in a different room, headphones, etc.), this will constantly "steal" the connection. So there's no way to have your phone playing music somewhere else as long as this is paired to it, and within range. The only way to prevent this from happening is to unplug the device. It's a really stupid hiccup of the programming of this device, and is a seemingly elementary flaw in the programming, that I've never come across with any other device.

Like the Bluetooth capability and is so worth it if you like to used your Bluetooth
