Poor device

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great for about 3 weeks, but since then it constantly disconnects from my Windows 10 laptop. I've done many "tricks" to fix this problem since then but nothing lasts. Very disappointing.

Mediocre to bad

Always on - no off button - which means it's always trying to pair with whatever it can find. So it you want to use your device's audio out instead of bluetooth, it still tries to connect. And when you want to connect it often doesn't. Pretty bad quality for something that costs $30 Not to mention standing directly in front of it trying to pair and disconnecting over and over and over.

Worked for a while

It began to "break up" the sound for the amplifier I had it connected to so I bought a new one. Unfortunately, I had problems again with audio "clipping". Can't handle higher volumes or power well.

Troublesome

To easily interrupted by random radio signals. Also, can't use more than one to one with device, or you have to forget one Logitec, restart your bluetooth and then you can connect to another Logitec.

couldn’t cut it for streaming

Not Good

Drained my phones battery overnight because it kept on trying to connect.

Bluetooth speaker adapter

Posted .Hello supermario! Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Wireless Bluetooth Speaker Adapter. This should be fairly easy to setup and operate, so I'd recommend you maybe unplugging all cable and reconnecting everything, power adapter to the wall and to the device, stereo to 3.5mm cable connected with your device and speaker you'll be using, then press the Bluetooth button, and do the pairing. If for whatever reasons it doesn't stay paired, maybe do a power cycle of the device you're using it with (i.e mobile phone) and do the pairing once again. If you'rte still out of luck after this, know that you have a 1-year warranty from Logitech on the device, so might be worth checking the product page https://www.logitech.com/en-ca/product/bluetooth-audio-adapter and contacting the Support on our website. - Mathieu from Logitech
