Works great, but volume is a bit low

Plugged into switched outlet on my old Harmon Kardon receiver. My only gripe is that the volume seems very low. I have to turn the volume on the receiver much higher than normal, and yes, the volume on my iPhone is all the way up

Only problem is that it always connects to my phone when I’m close to it. When I only want to listen to something on my phone I can’t until I turn off the Bluetooth. I guess I could unplug the cube when it’s not in use. Overall tho it works well.
