Unfortunately, I have manually reset this adapter every time i want to use it w/my Macbook. Whether it was the last divide connected to it or not. I also have a difficult time connecting via bluetooth from my bedroom (through a wall).

This hurts the flexibility of the unit and forces customers to use the power adapter that comes with the unit. I was able use a old cellphone car charger to hook it up in my car. The worst thing about this adapter is the background noise, you will have to play with your equalizer to limit the static. Would not recommend buying this adapter. I believe the Bose adapter cost the same and could be used in your car with little to no modification .
