This product exceeded my expectations, and plan to purchase more for my business

I own an identical model (that works just fine) and I bought this one to use in a different area of the house. The Bluetooth source that I tried to link this adapter with recognizes the adapter but will not (after a dozen or so tries) link. I tried the new adapter with four different sources, all of which worked with my original but would not link to the new. I tried switching power supply cords (with the original) and even the connecting cables, all to no avail. The old one works with all setups and the new one with none. Conclusion - it is defective and I will try to exchange it for another. Can I arrange to do that over the phone - no - I have to come into the store. OK - I go in. There are a minimum of thirty uniformed employees in the store, ONE of whom is working returns. There were six people in line in front of me and the employee running the operation did not exactly inspire confidence. After 10 minutes in line with no one's return having yet been accepted I left, hoping to come back at a more reasonable time, but I have no idea when that might be, as the place does not even open until 10 am. After the logistics involved in acquiring the original and the second one I will simply go somewhere else for any future needs. I thought Radio Shack had devolved into the worst customer experience possible and was not at all surprised when they folded, but Best Buy is on a far worse track, at least in my opinion.

As the title says it works. Im not a huge fan in it basically taking over all my bluetooth stuff, so I have to unplug it when I'm not actually using it.

Significant delay when using this for audio from TV.

Used one time, has not worked since. The first time I used it it worked ok for about two hours after that it would disconnect and reconnect. This was frustrating since all the devices were about 15ft from each other in the same room. Went to use it a second time and it would not power on.

Got this for my mom to connect her phone to her existing stereo. It works ok, but the range is not great, maybe 15ft

I would prefer a better connection I don’t get the sound from it that I would like

The range isn't that great, but once in range and playing music, they are perfect.

This product works just fine. It connected our speakers and our phones so we can play music.

It is ok for price. Basic audio but wish it turns itself on automatically

Device kept disconnecting and makes loud noise when it happens

Sound quality poor, auto reconnects when you don't want it to. This is not a good value.

Good for small set of speakers, but if you want to use it with home theater, get a better one.

Great Product live up to expectation. We had the item for a while works great.

I was looking forward to using this receiver in my kitchen when I am cooking and such however this completely failed to meet my expectations. This device connected fine but I would have sudden skips in my songs but not due to losing connection. Some songs were just go quiet or I would lose stereo sound randomly. I checked all the connectors and even bought new connectors, and even tried a different set of speakers but I ended up with the same problem. I exchanged this product and still had the issue.

sound quality noticeably varies at random times. Has good connectivity range

Ok product doesn’t go as far a I hoped but in the house it’s ok

It gave my old Yamaha receiver new life and allows me to have complete stereo coverage at the backyard pool, all under the control of my phone.
