I bought this so I could stream music through my home stereo system. It is plugged into a Yamaha stereo receiver. The sound quality and range is very good. The re-pairing for feature is especially useful for me because I keep the power plug plugged into my switched power outlet on my stereo receiver so the Bluetooth receiver has no power when the stereo is not turned on. When I turn on the stereo the Bluetooth receiver wakes up and immediately pairs with my tablet with no effort on my part.

I use my 2011 Zvox 550 sound bar/base for my HD TV sound instead the built in speakers. It's not a BT ready speaker so I can't use it to listen to my music from iPhone 6. I've researched online and had decided on this little device. I have a RCA to RCA cable at home so I plug one end to the back of the speaker and another end to the Logitech, plug the electrical cord to the wall, pair my phone to the adapter and turn on my playlist from the phone. Walla, the beautiful voice of Adele just filled up the room. Here is the best part: it took less than 2 minutes from start to finish

I've been wanting something just like this to connect my phone's bluetooth to a stereo receiver. I have other small bluetooth speakers, but none was really load enough when you wanted to turn it up. I've only had this a few days but I love it already. Logitech makes great products and this is no exception. The range is excellent, I was playing and changing songs in my backyard. And the sound is excellent. Great buy !!

Got this to stream music to my 30 year old Onkyo amp that's set-up on my screened in porch. Works perfectly. Very easy to connect - have used it with an iPhone 5, IPad and Samsung Note 4 without issue. Got it for $26.99 - worth every penny. To get it to work, however, I had to use the RCA out jacks connected to the RCA in jacks on the amp. Although this cable is not included most people have these laying around.

Use Real RCA Cables for Best Results

I decided on the Logitech device v. the Rocketfish Bluetooth music receiver. Logitech does the same thing as Rocketfish but at $39 Logitech is $10 less. One important discovery: I got bad audio quality using the provided mini-stereo to RCA adapter cable, lots of poor signal transmission & feedback. Once I swapped in a real RCA audio cable (the red and white tipped ones on both ends of the connection) the sound quality was GREAT. If you're like me you have a box full of old RCA cables that come with every piece of electronics you bought over the years, so no need to buy new cables.

I bought this receiver about a year ago and it has been nothing but excellent. Sound is as clear as can be and its range is great, I have never experienced any issues and have had nothing but compliments from it. For the price I expected something cheaper yet was totally surprised. I highly recommend this little gadget, I even ordered a second!

I cannot recommend this device enough. Main advantages: -15m range (most BT adapters are 10m, higher end Class 1 BT adapters are 100m, but will cost closer to $60 at the minimum) -Multi-point BT: connect 2 devices and switch seamlessly between each as the playing device. Most BT adapters only support 1 device connected at a time. Missing feature: -No AptX: this is needed for higher quality streams over BT. However, consider that you need a speaker system that can produce the sounds and a source that is higher quality (ideally lossless). The main drawback is that the playing device needs to support AptX, and there aren't that many that do... (currently NO Apple product supports this, but many Samsung devices do). My nexus device does not support AptX, so I did not need an adapter that supported it as well. -RCA connection as opposed to digital Coax: this isn't even a limiting factor for this particular model, and is even less relevant at short cable lengths. -No NFC: only useful for the initial pairing--I'd call this more of a gimmick than anything else. Devices need to support NFC and need to have the setting for it on. Doesn't save much time and would hardly be used in my household.

I bought this to replace a Blackweb Bluetooth receiver that stopped connecting a few days ago. The blackweb required me to turn it on and off to reconnect. This receiver requires me to do nothing to connect to a previously paired device. The sound was much better too.

To start I'm using this on a reciever and I've noticed volume loss/bass. It does sometimes cut out the signal which normally happens to me when i'm using a app while playing music on my phone. But this bluetooth adapter is great and small. Easy to pair and great look.

This little device exceeded expectations for sound quality. I thought the signal was compressed, but that does not seem to be the case. Sounds better than the same mp3 file from my PS3 direct to the hi-fi receiver via audio optical. Only issue is that you can't use the built in Dell Maxx Waves audio EQ for the Bluetooth output. With Android, there are apps that let you EQ the BT output, but not for Win8.

It was not exactly what I wanted, I wanted to utilize all my surround sound speakers but only has the left and right speaker cables but does the job. Was very easy to set up and the range is excellent.

This product works great in a 2 speaker system

The product gives new life to older receivers and allows them to play music via any bluetooth device that has music on it. I only gave the product 4 stars because the sound quality was terrible on my surround sound system, I belive this was due to lack of an optical input. For my other receiver that has 2 speakers only, it works well. I did notice an increase in sound quality when I swapped out the cables it came with to a higher quality cable. Easy to set up, and the range is 30 feet as stated, overall an inexpensive solution to give added functionality to my older receiver.

This Tiny little this help me survive connectivity with bose cinemate! For all those who are looking to use Bose Cinemate I & II series this is the best option I see so far. I dont have to keep the TV powered on to play songs from my phone anymore. My TV is connected with Optical & The adapter is connected with RCA-RCA (That was provided with Bose System). Ofcourse I use one at a time either TV uses bose or the adapter. No Wiring hassle anymore...

    Great Bluetooth Audio Receiver

I have used several BT wireless audio receiver before this, but this is the best so far. Paring is smooth, no issues, also supports multi-paring with several devices. Audio quality is great - musics in my phone can be played without any white noise etc. With the pictures in the website, I thought it is big, but actual size is pretty small - I just connected this to my Onkyo home theater and put on the speaker. Near perfect.

I bought this adapter to upgrade my Yamaha receiver. It does exactly what I want it to do. And that is stream music from my phone and tablet. Installation was very simple. I have it connected to the 'switched' power outlet on my receiver. So it turns on and off with my receiver. Sound quality is good. I have no complaints. In short...$30 well spent.
