This is a very sensitive mouse--especially for someone used to the old style, corded mouse (I know, ancient, right?). At first, I wanted to turn down the sensitivity since the slightest movement seemed to result in far more movement on the screen than I wanted. After a week or so, though, I got used to it and am now up to speed with the rest of the world. I do keep forgetting to turn it off, though. They should make one that activates on when it's moved and off when it's been still for > 1 hour. Maybe that already exists but this one doesn't do that.

I purchased this for someone else, but was able to use it briefly. If you have a few more dollars to spare, I would highly recommend upgrading to Logitech - M510 Wireless Laser Mouse.
