      Sorry about that! Make sure all cables are firmly connected to both your speakers and your device. If connected to a computer, make sure to select the audio-output device your speakers are connected to and adjust the volume on both the speakers and your audio source.

I would suggest making sure the power supply is properly connected, checking if you see a green light come up when you turn the volume wheel, and if you don't, note that you have a 1-year warranty on the product from Logitech, so might be worth checking the product page https://www.logitech.com/en-us/product/multimedia-speakers-z200 and contacting the Support on our website. - Mathieu from Logitech

    After only about 2 months the one speaker tower stopped working. Not buying another one. Of course it was after i could return them.

      Hi Redd, I'm sorry that the Z200 speakers only lasted 2 months for you. There is a 2 year limited hardware warranty thru Logitech on these speakers. You can file a claim at support.logi.com.
