Work great. Only downfall is that with Bluetooth, they go into power save mode after about 2 hours.

It never works. It goes to sleep and doesn’t wake up until you unplug it. I tried the usb connection but it’s not even recognized. The puck is useless. Just a bad product. On another note the sound isn’t bad. I’ve enjoyed Logitech for years but lately has just been a disappointment.

Great buy for the price. The speakers are excellent quality for desk speakers.

Volume control stinks. No way to visually figure out actual level of volume only allows loud to a degree and low to a degree. Sound is good

Great sound but suddenly stopped connecting to my computer or any other device. Worked for 4 months and can't seem to find any fix online. Won't even work after factory reset.

Auto sleep is an issue. Also, the controller is awful. I never use them because I use 3.5mm to my PC, so I set the volume on the controller to about half and then adjust volume normally on the PC as needed - with the average listening around 12-20. But these speakers are just odd. The design... everything. The sound is decent. Bass on these setups is always the same - it's meh. It's a mid bass. The only reason I got these was because I gave my Z333's to my family. I should have given them these ones.

The Logitech Z407 2.1 Bluetooth Computer Speaker System. The speaker system and sub are fairly compact and easy to setup. Pairing the speakers to my various devices was a breeze, and from box to use, it took me no longer than ten minutes, which included some light reading of the instruction manual. I was a little surprised by how lightweight both the speakers and wireless control dial were, but the presentation looks pretty sleek and minimalist and the speakers were able to be configured to sit either vertically or horizontally, which I thought was cool. I was a little underwhelmed by the sound quality. It was good, not great. For someone like me who is an audiophile, it didn’t quite get me there. For them being $80, Bluetooth speakers, I think they delivered. I think for most users; they won’t notice the difference. No surprise, the sound quality improved when connected through analogue, but I feel like that defeats the point of having Bluetooth speakers if you’re going to keep them connected. Logitech claims that their wireless control dial has a 20-meter range. I wasn’t able to fully put the wireless control dial to the test, but it seemed to stay responsive when I took it to other rooms in the house. Not sure why anyone would want to have the controller in a completely separate room from the speakers, anyway. The subwoofer hit decently hard, for what it’s worth, but adjusting the volume with the controller wasn’t super intuitive. I’d like to see additional software resources or an app from Logitech to help tweak the system to improve sound quality. Some sort of mixer or something to that extent. Overall, lightweight, convenient Bluetooth speakers, with good sound for the price.
