Computer Speakers-Great or Not Great!

When i use it with Bluetooth it works great! When I connect it to the desktop i get nothing but feedback. I need to check with the Geek Squad to see if I am missing something. It was basic "plug and play"!

I am sorry that you have experienced an issue with your Z407 Bluetooth Computer Speaker System with Wireless Control; I would like to help. I have attached a link to the “Getting Started” support page for the Z407 speakers for your reference. The Wireless Control is Bluetooth by default and input is selected by pressing the wired input button on the bottom of the wireless control. The indicator lights have 3 colors to indicate the connection. Blue= Bluetooth, Purple = 3.5mm, White = micro-USB connection. Please check that the desktop is making a solid connection via 3.5mm or micro-USB and that the indicator light is set to the connection that you are using. If you are still experiencing issues, please visit the Logitech support website for further assistance. I apologize for this inconvenience.
