Short answer: sounds good. Real answer: Recently I decided to really hear music the way it was meant to sound. After a little research I found a few devices to help me with my task with the help of my local newspaper classifieds section. The task: listen to my old 52 inch LP’s whilst I literally wreck shop at minesweeper all day. How I did it: I bought an old record player from someone locally advertising in the classified section my Sunday paper. I then connected the record player via coaxial cables to a cassette player that I bought at a garage sale which was connected to a 45 second skip delay portable disc man. After getting it on compact disk and then labeled in blue sharpie ink “Classic mix #1” I slid that mother into my IBM computer. After a few minutes of waiting for my computer to dial up to get online I booted up Napster so that I could save it to audio file. After about half a day I was able to torrent the audio file to my desktop and covert that file to an MP3. I’ll spare you the rest of the details: It’s now in my I tunes library! I can now play my music on my computer whenever I want and with my new speakers I bought from BestBuy I can do something that these millennials will never understand: listen to music like god intended for us to.

Great all-around product as far as speakers go with some decent quality sound and some thumping base from the subwoofer this is the perfect computer speaker set the only reason I give it four stars is because of the sound adjustment hockey puck it comes with it is slow to connect and does not always control the Volume immediately.

I bought these speakers to repair a cheaper pair of Logitech computer speakers that I've been using for many years. Don't get me wrong, these sound pretty good. They have good bass, the mids and highs are clear, they're not going to be top tier by any means, but I think they're pretty good value for the price as far as audio quality goes. Here's where the bad comes in. These speakers, after 5-15 minutes of inactivity, go into a standby mode where the amplifier turns off and it's in a low power state so that it can re-enable as soon as it gets an input signal from the computer it's plugged into. This happens whether you're using Bluetooth, USB, or 3.5mm aux. This is fine, the standby doesn't bug me, but as soon as you start playing music or a video or any other media or sound, the speakers take anywhere from 5 seconds to 2 minutes to come out of standby. Usually it's closer to 30 seconds, but regardless it's borderline unusable for $130 speakers. I'm returning them and probably going to find speakers from a different company.

Definition of great value, would highly recommend to anyone. The sound is amazing and the bass is nice and powerful for its size. I bought these speakers originally as just “computer speakers” but now I use them for everything. I recommend these to my friend and he loved them as well. Don’t hesitate to buy these boys are loud, no play play cheap chet.

I am very happy with this purchase. I got these to replace laptop speakers, the bass is very nice my only complaint are that the included instructions aren't so great but that's a logitech issue, not a Best Buy one. :) These will crank up louder than I can stand. I consider myself a "power user" so I think you'll like them too. Can't beat it for the price!

Great audio for movie playback from laptop. Also great for meetings. Very easy to setup and use. The remote volume control was nice to have in a meeting because I could remotely control the audio while our speaker was making his presentation. Clear audio throughout our 60'x60' meeting room.

i bought this system for my workstation to enhance the quality of my business calls and presentations. I do run some podcasts as well. Perfect for that use case they sound great. If playing music loudly, movies, or gaming you way want to go for the 200W Logitechs.

The connectivity is simply perfect, and the stand by mode is very convenient. Although the quality audio is not the best but for the price... Is worthy.

Pros: * Good sound quality for the size * Satellite speakers can be placed sideways to save vertical space Cons: * User Manual has to be obtained online, and it is needed due to complex and unintuitive operations of the remote control. * Very short 3.5mm cable. You'd want to use a long USB cable for PC anyway so separate purchase is required. * Can connect up to 3 devices (3.5mm/USB/Bluetooth), but lacks of a sound mixing option for a speaker system that is not exactly cheap. This is my first encounter to a Logitech product that isn't intuitive and UX friendly. For a replacement of my desktop speaker system, it works well. However as mentioned above, a lot of missed opportunities and flatly user unfriendly elements exist. It can be a good buy if you want to have the speakers lie flat due to not have enough vertical spaces. Otherwise you might want to see what other options are out there.

Great base and sound speakers. Not a lot of distortion when listening in high volume. Sadly there isn’t a bass adjustment but everything else ran smoothly battery are included for the wireless volume adjuster so that is great. The speakers stands are okay hope they were tighten up a bit more

The quality of the sound its very good I love the clarity of the sound of everything I play with this new speakers and besides of that It also has an option to connect to my phone with Bluetooth which is a better experience no having to move from your comfortable area to chance or stop when ever you please… amazing!

like the sound they produce but could be a bit more Db's for my individual taste and to edit Pro Tools files... sleek and easy to set up ...plug and play
