It just doesn’t work

It goes to sleep and doesn’t wake up until you unplug it. I tried the usb connection but it’s not even recognized. The puck is useless. Just a bad product. On another note the sound isn’t bad. I’ve enjoyed Logitech for years but lately has just been a disappointment.
