Entire Z625 setup stopped working after one month.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I bought the Logitech Z625 speaker system at Best Buy in June 2020, I had connected my computer to it via the optical SPDIF input, and that worked well. I then temporarily connected a portable DVD player to it via the subwoofer's 3.5mm input, and that also worked well. However, a month later I connected my smartphone's 3.5mm output to the right speaker's auxiliary 3.5mm input, while I was streaming iHeartRadio. The speakers produced music for about two seconds, but then the whole system went completely dead. I tried disconnecting all of the input sources; toggling the power button multiple times; unplugging and reconnecting the satellite speakers; and unplugging and reconnecting the power cord multiple times, but nothing ever helped. I would also like to note that the volume and bass control knobs were at their midpoints when the failure occurred. So, a very disappointing experience.

Nice Product But Disappointed

For the price of the system and how it performs is a true disappointment. The sub woofer / base doesn't put out any sound / output unless the sound card that it's plugged into a device / PC with an updated sound card.

Versatile Speaker System

I returned them because there was a buzzing noise coming from them. I tried 3 different sets and they all had the same thing. Maybe a bad batch or is Logitech cheating out on parts?

Not Really worth the price.

Problem with them is they keep dropping one side. Disconnect and reconnecting seems to fix the issue for awhile. I would not recommend these to anyone that wants a reliable, no-hassle set of speakers.
