However, unless you use them continuously, the headset turns itself off after not being in use. I’m sure this is to conserve battery/power life. I work from home for an insurance company, not a call center. My phone maybe rings 6 times a day. So when the headset turns itself off, I’m disconnected from my phone system. Which I don’t realize until a coworker asks if I can take a call. I had to stop using them. Past the return date, unfortunately.

Frequent disconnects

I can basically assume that I'll have to re-connect between any videos I play on youtube, right after the start of a call, and at least once during. I've updated all the drivers, re-connected, restarted, no improvements. Sound quality is fine but it doesn't matter much when I can't even properly use the product. I don't hate Logitech as a brand but this purchase wasn't worth it - I guess I know why they were marked down. I will be replacing these asap.

Great for work

Decently comfortable for on-ear but it does start to hurt a tiny bit after long periods of time. I don't mind though because it just means I should take a break.
