[Employee of bestbuy] This do not have a USB dongle to use for work, but very good quality. Bluetooth only. Love the look, feel, and sound. Had to return, because my business PC doesn't use BT. I have the same one, but wired.

I have been using the Jlabs for a few years. I like the comfort of the Logitech Zone 300 much better for all day use. Wish they had a little more volume during calls but they sound pretty good.

Good for office use

Reduced one star due to feeling a little cheaper quality in the material and one issue I was facing, during the call if I moved a little far from the laptop the mic volume was much lower for the audience however I could hear them properly. Battery life is amazing

Love the pink colors, easy "mute" by moving the microphone, sound is great -- I just don't think they block the background noise the way I thought they would as "noise cancelling"

Good overall, but connectivity has problems

There's a lot to like about the Zone 300. It's sturdy, comfortable, and provides good sound quality. In particular, the microphone sound suppression works well and is invaluable in a room filled with background noise. What really has limited my 300's usefulness for work is that it does not play well with Windows and Microsoft Teams. Sometimes it just refuses to connect to my laptop. When it does connect, the mucrophone often does not work in a Teams meeting, meaning I can hear others but they cannot hear me. If I am careful to have the 300 powered on, connected, and unmuted when I join a Teams meeting, it will usually work for a while but then the mic again cuts out, and I have to leave the meeting and rejoin to fix it.

Pretty good set of headphones. Little difficult to get connected to other programs, i.e. training software. Microphone will work well but getting audio to work is sometimes difficult. I am not a super savvy computer person so might be user error :)

The headset is very comfortable and easy to use. Unfortunately, it requires and additional software to manage the sound and microphone. I am not able to use them for work due to restrictions on downloading software

The sound quality of this headset is excellent, but I find it can become uncomfortable after wearing them for a few hours, as they tend to press on the ears. It would also be beneficial if there was a way to hear myself while talking, as this could enhance the overall experience. With some improvements in comfort and sound feedback, it could be a truly outstanding headset.

Not worth the money.

This is the second pair I have had. The first I had to return because it would not charge or connect right out of the box. The microphone will sometimes start cutting out on the second, so I have to switch back to my JLAB headphones in the middle of meetings. The power button is hard to find to on the side of the ear piece. Also, the voice that tells you the status of the headphones is so soft I can hardly hear it. As far as comfort, I have no complaints. Would I recommend them, probably not. The more I use Logitech products, the less of a fan I'm becoming.

Great wireless headset for home office and phone dual connected feature! Work from home so this wireless is much needed to work around when not taking phone calls or in meetings for work! The dual connection and flip up mic mute features is awesome!!

Best thing for my voice

I love it. I was having difficulty at the end of the day with voice. After purchasing this, I was able to control my voice in meetings and tyecstrain was gone.
