VERY POOR
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will NOT recommend Lorex at all. If you need any support all they tell you is to download the manual online. That’s all the help they give you.. Very poor Tech Support. And Customer Service is far worse.. we canceled an order back on November 26th and was told we would be refunded the money. Well its December 29th and we still do not have the refund. It took us 4 or 5 phone calls to actually get a shipping label sent to our email. STAY AWAY FROM LOREX ALL TOGETHER….
