Avoid due to lack of support and functionality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great picture quality, but the smart motion and motion detection are subpar. Spent over an hour with Lorex support and at the end the system functions no better and the support person failed to listen to my concerns. Was also told that I would receive an email with an issue number, but never receive that either. I would not recommend this product as it fails in so many ways.
