Cameras are,cheap DVR goes off line for no reason.

Called Tech support (or should I say chat with Tech support) Spent over one hour online only to be cutoff. I deleted everything on the DVR and started over. Now it's working again but all my info was lost. Save your money this product is not worth the time or trouble.
