Easy to use, cameras are clear and has been a good unit almosg have had a year and no issues.

God cameras but I wish the night view would be better. That is an issue most people have with any camera. My important need is viewing on my phone. Sometimes I can't connect. It says the cameras are off line. I don't think it's my internet connections.

The 4k is borderline actual 4k but it is amazing that they can have this resolution on 4 channels and not fry the system. Works ok the interface is somewhat outdated. Over all I'm happily with my purchase. My only regret is all of the wire running.

Works great with my smart home (Alexa). Happy I upgraded to 4K.

The visual quality is great, the cameras were a bit challenging to hook up. There is no audio, even after talking to the geek squad and the actual company.

I usually don't spend time with reviews but Lorex customer service for their products is at best very poor. This is my second system in about a month, one from Costco and now from Best Buy. My issue is with the Lorex Home App and or their servers. After installing this system with three cameras I went through the process of setting it up to my local network and then remotely on various mobile devices. That was the easy part. However, on the remote devices only two cameras displayed. I spent nearly 40 hours on the phone with Lorex support each time waiting almost an hour before an agent came on the line. I was given excuses like "well this product is so new we are learning about how it works" or sometimes we just have to have our customers inform us how it works, Hum!! My main purpose of having a security camera is to receive notifications on a mobile device and have the capability to have two way audio. All of which Lorex pitched their cameras would be capable of doing. How can a manufacturing company produce a product and not have a clue on how to support it and produce an App that is worthless, is beyond my comprehension. They should be ashamed of themselves.
