Got it for one heck of a deal but unfortunately I misread and thought it was wireless. But the system is great and has I kept it the setup would’ve been super easy.

Easily installed. Easily set up for remote viewing on cell or tablet. Clear pictures. Customer service actually tries to help with minor issues. The only complaint is that only one device can view cameras remotely at a time. The second device must log out in order Gor the main viewing device to access.

FIRST, I POSTED THIS REVIEW ON THIER WEBSITE> THEY IMMEDIATELY SENT ME AN EMAIL ASKING IF THEY COULD CALL ME TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES BEFORE POSTING THE REVIEW. I AGREED. THEY NEVER CALLED> THAT WAS 14 DAYS AGO. ISSUE 1 AND MOST IMPORTANT, I'M TRYING TO SET UP A DDNS ACCOUNT. TIS HAS TO BE DONE ON THEIR WEBSITE WHICH I GOT LOCKED OUT OF. DON'T KNOW WHY BUT PASSWORD RESET NOT WORKING. YOU HAVE TO USE THEIR WEBSITE TO SET UP DDNS AND TO DO THAT YOUR LOGIN HAS TO WORK OF OCURSE. THEIR AUTOMATED PASSWORD RESET DOESN’T WORK. AND ONCE YOU ENTER THE SERIAL NUMBER OF YOUR DEVICE, YOU CANT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. I HAVE TRIED CHATTING ONLINE AND SAW AN ESTIMATED 75 MINUTE WAIT. THE CALL CENTER IS WORSE. ON WOTH THEM FOR AN HOUR BEFORE THEY ESCALATE TO ONSHORE TECH SUPPORT. THEN THEY PUT ME ON HOLD. THAT WAS ANOTHER HOUR BEFORE I GAVE UP. ISSUE 2 - I GRANTED MY WIFE ACCESS TO VIEW THE CAMERAS FROM HER APP. SHE GETS THE ALERTS HOURS AFTER I DO. SHE ALSO GETS RANDOMLY LOGGED OUT? DOESN"T DO ANY GOOD TO BE NOTIFIED OF ACTIVITY HOURS AFTER IT HAPPENS. ISSUE 3 - LOREX INDICATES ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT IFTTT IS COMING SHORTLY. MY GOAL IS TO INCORPORATE ALERTS WITH ALEXA VIA IFTTT. WHEN IS THAT COMING? DON'T KNOW SINCE IT TAKES A MINIMUM OF 75 MINUTES ON HOLD TO TALK TO SOMEONE . UNDERSTAND THE ONLY REASON I BOUGHT THIS WAS TO AVOID HAVING MY DATA ON THE CLOUD. NOW TRYING TO RESOLVE ISSUES I"VE HAD IT TOO LONG TO TAKE IT ALL DOWN AND RETURN AVOID THE COMANY AT ALL COSTS>

I have but one problem. One of the cameras keeps getting blurry. I was told by service tech from lorax to unplug the camera that was giving me trouble and plug it back in, which I did and it works for a while and then it gets blurry again. Seems I have to do it every time I turn the monitor on.

The system seems to be working fine. I have owned it for about 4 weeks now. Still learning how to fine tune all of the personal adjustments to refine what is seen and when but so far, no complaints other than I wish there was a manual to help with making the adjustments.
