A great sequel to an unexpected series
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When the original Luigi's Mansion came out as a launch title for the Nintendo Gamecube, instead of the typical and expected Mario title, I was surprised but found that it became one of my favorite games. With the second game on the 3DS, and now this one on the Switch, I have really enjoyed all of them. This game is a bunch of fun. The visuals, and environmental sounds/music are great and will keep you entertained.

Great Switch game. Fun for all ages.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fun game. I bought it to play with my 3 year old daughter because she is in a Super Mario Bros phase right now and loved to watch YouTube videos of it. I played the original back on GameCube and loved it. This one takes the fun gameplay and mechanics of the original and does a solid job of replicating the fun of the GameCube version and building on them to produce a game that can be enjoyed by all ages

Fun game
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the game. This game is fun and true to the Mario experience. There's a couple of bosses in the game that are kind of annoying to beat and may take to few tries to figure out the patterns. It's fun to play 2-player and can play together with my daughter as we try to solve puzzles. If you have an Nintendo Online subscription, online play is fun too with other players trying to clear floors.

A great game
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was hesitant at first to buy this since I have played this in 3DS and didn't really amaze me that much but I was going out of the country last month and I needed a game that can kill time when I fly so I thought why not give it a second chance. I have read good reviews and got nothing but positive feedback which what sold me to this game. I didn't regret buying this. Its so entertaining and I can say it is way better than the 3DS version.

Spectacularly Spectral addition to the series
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you've played luigis mansion before you know what to expect from this game. It's a ghostbustersesque adventure through a haunted hotel, only this time you're not alone. The majority of the adventure can be played co-OP thanks to the addition of the slime creature known as gooigi. I Highly recommend this game if you're into co-op gameplay. Even after finishing the story mode, the tower and park modes offer hours of fun both locally and online.

Start to finish brilliant
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If the original game wasn’t one of my top five favorites of all time, this would be my favorite in the series. Returning to the more open structure of the original rather than the mission-based Dark Moon feels great and immersive. The game is loaded with memorable moments, eclectic and exciting level design, and interesting character/enemy design reminiscent of the first game but with a greater deviation from the central theme. Easy 10/10 for me.

Fantastic game amd tons of fun.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having played this for 12 days straight and being about half way through the game I have to say I love it. I loved the original on the GAMECUBE and have both part 1 and 2 (dark moon) on my 3DS. This one blows them away. Graphics are awesome. Gameplay is fun and I'm always surprised at what happens next which makes me smile all the time. Buying this for all my friends for christmas. Its worth it. Only thing I find odd is NO AMIBO support. Why?

Very fun game, minor frustrating control issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Game is fun and rewarding, but has kinda finicky controls for the vacuum, no option for relative controls instead of absolute controls, and no option to invert Y axis! The original Luigis mansion defaulted to inverted Y axis so this is inexcusable

Great Buy!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing game! What's not to love, it brought back the nostalgia I had from the first Luigi's mansion on the game cube. This game came back a million times better and I can honestly say it's worth the money. If that's not enough to convince you, they've even added a coop mode to it so it's not just you doing everything alone. 10/10 really wish they made more games for Luigi.

So much fun. Best entry.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's odd how much more full of life 2nd-party developed games using Nintendo characters tend to have so much more life breathed into them than their 1st party entries. (If you've played Mario & Luigi, R.I.P. AlphaDream, you know exactly what I'm talking about.) This is a great starting point for the Luigi's Mansion series, and it feels like a technical showcase for the Switch's ability to render a game that plays like a playable cartoon.
