I love my Luma It helped spread my WiFi all over the house. I had dead spots that are gone now.

Luma worked great for about 6 months. I bought a 3 pack back in January and had nothing but good things to say until a couple of weeks ago. I am assuming that there was some type of firmware update pushed out. Suddenly I lose connectivity in random devices at inconvenient times. I haven't been able to use my wireless printer for two weeks. I will be online one minute and off the next. It is not my device or ISP, I have isolated it to the luma system. I called tech support over a week ago, they are virtually useless. I have been corresponding with an "engineer" who has suggested repeatedly that I just unplug all the devices and forget the network, then he says he is going to do something and will follow up tomorrow. We repeat this process pretty much daily and I have seen absolutely no change. For a premium price I am stuck with garbage. I connect my printer and devices to my cell phone's hotspot so that I can print and scan docs for my business. My wireless security system, thermostat, doorbell, printer, laptops, ipads etc have gone from being a convenience that I worked hard to have to an utter pain in the rear. What really bothers me is that the company has literally no customer support when their product fails. Save your money, buy from any other vendor.

Product seemed ok, but did not significantly improve internet performance. Returned and bought more expensive eero. Eero has not disappointed

Did not have enough wifi throughout the house. Purchased these and have not had a problem since

the product arrived as promised and the installer arrived and installed the sound bar.

I tried a few brands and replaced my AirPort Extreme. I am very happy with my purchase

wifi works perfect in every part of the house including the front and back yard.

Luma has met all my expectations. The customer service is superior.

Absolutely the worst of its class. Get an Eero if you can. Let me breakdown why. 1. The range sucks. The 3 devices are supposed to link up at a range of 40 feet. Unfortunately in an obstructed space, with drywall as the only building material around them, they couldn't connect at 15 ft. 2. The syncing is a nightmare. My 3 devices all had trouble with initial setup, the TAC for the company told me to reset them. I had to reset the first one 4 times to get it to finally connect and allow an outgoing connection. 3. The customer service is absolutely stupid. I'm a network engineer, IE my job is to deal with network related tasks all day everyday. So when I get on the phone with a TAC person for a company that provides a network device, and that person can't tell me what a MAC address is I get worried. Don't buy this, don't deal with the headache.

I bought in to the hype and pre-ordered the three pack. When I got them they didn't provide enough coverage for my house so I bought one more. I still didn't have 100% coverage in my house on top of not taking care of coverage things that I've never had a problem with on wifi started randomly losing their wifi. I was $450 in and decided to return the whole mess. I opted for a $400 Asus AC5300 router, I no longer have dead zones in my three level house and all of my devices have a rock solid signal. Amazingly, with no routers in my house, the Luma app says the system is getting 50 Mbps up and 35 Mbps down. Very helpful....
