Finally got a 2nd one working and then 2 days later...my sons phones internet stopped working, mine was fine. Connect to LTE works, connect to LUMA stops. Seen other reports like this as well. For no reason some devices will stop working. No security on the devices, nothing like promised. LUMA rushed this product out after months of delays. They should have continued to delay. Save your money, get a good router and repeaters if you need to.

Will not work with 2.4 Ghz Devices

For example, my 2nd generation Nest thermostat would not connect to the Luma network. I called Luma customer service. The rep said they are aware of the issue and engineers are working on a solution. Sounds like the product is still in beta to me.

Not worth it -- too many kinks to still iron out

It's helped extend Internet to a back bedroom but the network is incredibly unstable. Overall, my internet has gotten worse. They may eventually get there but stay away for now.

Do not buy if you have fios

FIOS told me that no other routers are supported and they will not help you. They offered to send me to sales. To buy a new router from them of course. Weak!

Does not work. No support from Luma

This product does not work and Luma support team cannot get it to work.
