love the easy set up....my house has perfect internet connection due to the luma mesh network....i received great help and I always appreciate working with Best Buy.

I had a hard time choosing the number of stars for the Luna. I wanted to like it and I was happy with it initially but it does not have the range or power to go through walls as it says. I was getting 50-70% drop in signal in the other end of my 2 bedroom apartment with Luna. Not cool when that's my office and where I teach online. Lots of connection variability too. I will give it 5 stars for the concept and ease of setup. Just not there yet. Would be great for 1 bedroom or smaller apartment or house.

Sceptical at first, had issues with neighbors using overlapping wifi signals, had to reboot my wifi equipment several times a day. Bought this, set it up and now I have amazingly fast wifi, haven't had to reset it, has ability to set bed times for the kids. Only downside is I wish I could selectively block websites based off the informational section of the wifi internet management site.

Good idea, looks ok, would be better if the status ring stayed lit to show you its working. I bought the three pack, and one of the nodes was faulty, took three attempts to activate it, it never updated its own firmware like the other two and contacting support - whilst easy to do within the app you download to manage, took too long to get responses. eventually they sent me an RMA Replacement but that one took 2 attempts to configure. That said, now the WiFi is in, it works great, had to get something because the neighbors were using overlapping channels and this has totally cured that.

Easy to install. Had helpful customer service in a pinch. Seems to hold wifi signal fine. Able to control kids screen time and questionable websites.

Moved into our new home and internet’s connection is bad. This was a great buy and we have had no issues with it! Very happy with the product!

I reviewed several units before purchasing this one. Although pricing had an influence on my decision, I am very happy with my choice. After downloading the app on my mobile phone, the set-up process was simple and straightforward. The entire set-up from start to finish took less than 30 minutes, and I now have full WiFi signal throughout the house. Through the mobile app, you have control over all the devices connected, which is especially important in this world of IoT. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to distribute their WiFi signal throughout their home.

No more dead spots in our 3800 Sq ft home for our nearly 40 wifi enabled devices. My wife and I work from home and connectivity to VPN is essential...Luma solved the random dropping that occurred daily. Also, no more kids complaining about lost connectivity. Customer service is great...solved initial issues with a patch...but we still see some drops...not nearly as often as before....don't know if it's Luma or our provider. Love ability to shut off individual devices (bedtime, etc) and deny/permit content with intuitive app.

It's good. I am able to get signal throughout House. Signal strength drops in basement and 3 rd floor. But still getting around 40mbps

It is great and works the way it's supposed to but overall for the price you can find something so much cheaper that works the same.

Installed the 3 pack on my AT&T internet service. Most of the issues I have are due to the AT&T service. Otherwise the product works great. Did take off 1 star since my router is not central in my house so all my devices seem to be on 1 side. Not sure if I add a 4th that it will adequately reach the garage. They also seem to update the software often which is good and bad, the bad being the time of day (should be an overnight thing, in my opinion). Overall I am happy with the product and coverage.

I was having issues with the wifi in my home and was looking at Google WiFi but got tired of waiting around for them to make enough to meet demand. I did some research and Luma seemed a great alternative so I took the plunge and gave them a try. So far it has worked like a charm and haven't had any issues and no dead spots. The app was very easy to use and setup the system with as well. There are a few things about the app design that I don't like but for the most part it's a great system.

I am a network consultant and I have been working with a home customer for years to try and improve their WIFI coverage in a large very well constructed 6,500 sq ft home. I installed directional antennas to try and improve coverage and also tried many different brands of repeaters over the years with limited success. With more and more products using WIFI they asked me again to do some research and see if there were any new products on the market that could eliminate their dead spots. The Luma Home Wireless system finally fixed their problem. I installed the three units throughout their large 2 story home in under 30 minutes. I tested the coverage and WIFI speed throughout the house. I even went to their backyard to the other side of their pool and had excellent coverage everywhere. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is tired of fighting poor connections in different areas of their home. Just an added note. This is the first review of any product that I have posted online. I think so highly of this product that I felt I would post this review for others who are having the same issues.

Luma is super easy to setup, super easy to configure, and super easy to use. Everything is wizard based during setup and configuration. I can see the status at anytime with the app, see how many devices are connected to my network. My devices never drop from the network and I have a lot of devices.

This product solved all of the wifi problems I was having in my two story home. Great wifi upstairs and downstairs. I found out I have 10 devices signed up to the system. They include iPhones, iPads, Nest thermostat, printers, smart tv, lap tops and remote camera at front doorbell. All devices work great

I love the small foot print of the three wireless routers. Set up had a few challenges as the set-up app did not provide information on what the different color led flash codes mean and what to do when certain flash codes are displayed. That is not a show stopper as Luma have a great support team that help me through an issue. The three wireless router/access point design helps to eliminate dead spots by strategically place the three devices around the house.

If a technically challenged person can set this up and fix the issues. Then anyone can. Works great so far

I decided to return this item due to cost. I'm fairly certain it would've helped my wifi range though.

Initial setup was trying as they would not connect. After getting in touch with support, easy setup.
