The Luma worked and served the purpose for which it was purchased. However, set up was a bit difficult and not very user friendly. Once it was set up and working it helped to be able to speak through WIFI calling on my phone where I was unable to do before. My home is a bunker/dead zone.

I was having issues getting a strong connection to my router in my two story home . With the luma it made my internet equally strong throughout my home . This actually works . Must buy

I bought this product hoping to achieve high speeds when using WiFi as compared to the Xfinity modem / wireless router. I did not experience higher speed. Otherwise this equipment works as expected. The App to install this router must be installed on a smartphone BEFORE a laptop can be connected.

I had dead zones in my home wi-fi network and this system resolved the issues. Had some an initial problems getting it to work but the company's tech support were unbelievable.

Purchased this system for my home which is over 3000 sqft. Was easy to install and hookup thru the app. Had it for a while now and is working great. No issues yet. Love it.

This was a really good decision to get this device, I have a really strong signal all around my house and also I can control the internet and each device from my cell phone!

I am getting download speeds and coverage in my whole house (even where I used to have deadspots). Also had a technical issue and Luma fixed it right there. So far its amazing

It couldn't be better, got the luma 3 pack, installed it too easy, used it for about 2 months now, it is perfect, never worry about dead spots or low speed. Just perfect.

I have up to 12 devices attached to my home wifi. Cell phones iPads, printers tv ring door bell, nest thermostat and cameras etc. great wifi throughout the house

This is awesome!!!! We can control how much and what our kids are accessing the internet. We have 20 products attached to the wi-fi and it doesn't slow it down!

Was having difficulty streaming movies, etc from our family room because it was so far from the old router, this one does the job and now we are enjoying streaming.

It’s nice that u can add as many as u need and extend your WiFi in any direction including by floors. Small and easy to place and set up and monitor.

It worked great. It was easy to install and took no time at all. Instructions were easy to follow and it's working really well in all areas of the house.

I've used a lot of different wifi access points but this one adds in all the missing features to protect you and your children at home. Plus it's easy to watch the traffic and see who's doing what

I replaced my dated wifi which had an extender to cover the upstairs. Switched to the Luma and speeds and coverage are significantly better.

Could not get wifi in rooms in house because of wall material. This device allows me internet everywhere in house. One of my best purchases

This system works well, the installation is easy and the support line was rapid to respond. The only question is whether the system causes a degradation in speed -- or are the speed checking programs not comprehending the delivery system?

When it worked, it worked well.... problem is that nodes would go off-line with no alerts. Getting them back online sometimes only required a reboot, but other times it would require a hard reset. Completely screwed up my security as I couldn't count on my cameras connecting/alerting. Customer service was abysmal. Their only answer was to ship me new hubs. (I have 4 left over after taking the original 3 back to Best Buy!). One replacement was DOA and others had the same issues the originals had. Thankfully I got a full refund after the BB mgr heard of my plight. Invested in a Netgear Orbi, and have not looked back.

Went to the store for a modem/router combo, but a very well educated employee directed us to this. It's the perfect fit for our home since we had dead spots due to the length of our house. This has totally corrected the problem

The set up is easy, it takes a while to populate, but then it works well. The only problem I have is that it looses connection every once in a while and then it takes forever for all the "substations" to come on again.
