I am super satisfied with my Luma wireless Dual Band wifi router. We did not have a strong wifi signal in our house but with Luma wireless Dual Band wifi router we now have strong connection no matter where we are in our home. In addition, we are happy that it is wireless which eliminates wires that show or need to be hidden.

Easy to set up. Good product does what it was meant be

Had many dead spots in my house. I now have the whole house covered. I have 3 floors in the house. The main floor has the main one that connects to the router. The 2nd one is in the basement. And the 3rd one is located upstairs the whole house is covered no missing spots at all. One of the best purchases I’ve made

This system does what it's supposed to do, however good luck with the setup process. For one it doesn't do anywhere near the distance that it claims. (40ft apart, yeah more like 20 tops) The other is that the setup itself is flawed, I felt like I was playing simon says getting everything synced properly. (One drops while one goes up) Called their IT support line and the "tier 3" support engineer they had didn't know what an "Nslookup" or a netstat -rn command was. (if you're a tier 3 engineer and don't know basic CMD line in windows then you are really a tier 1 engineer) Eventually I got the system working after 3 hours. (Most of that is the wait times, each time you plug one in and restart it takes 5-7 minutes to get ready to sync and another 5-7 minutes to sync) Which is more then a little absurd since I am Network engineer and own an IT company. There is very little ease of use here.

I really like it! Does all it claims and quality is good, however, it was not a 5 minute installation on brick and mortar.

Easy set-up. Seems to fix my wifi coverage in my home (2 story, 2800 sq ft). Only gave 4 stars due to price.

Wifi reception is great throughout house. Went from weak to can't find a bad spot in just a few mins. Nice!

Costs more than a standard high end router but the mesh network technology really works a lot better

Only problem we've had is that we have had to reboot at least one Luma( we purchased 3 ) every week

I needed to extend WI-FI to reach my daughter's room and this helped it get her full strength.

Product works well, I wouldn’t compare it to an Eero but for the money it’s a winner.

Needed wifi for a guesthouse. Works very well and over $200 cheaper than the other options!

I had a lot of dead spots before . After luma I get consistent connection through out.

Very easy setup. One became damage but setup is easy.

Good to be able to have wi fi in other rooms however not as fast as expected.

Before Luma, I was having annoying internet issues where the entire network would go offline if someone came home and connected. Our old router also did not have great range. With Luma, I was able to resolve both issues of disconnections and dead-spots.

Overall a great product. I'll start with the bad news. I had difficulties with the routers at initial set up. Trying to get them in position then install a software update was a pain. The good news. Once hooked up, it's the best internet experience

I'm going to say it is OK because I'm still having problems with my connection and it's still dropping. For the speed it's about the same maybe a little more than Comcast but I do have to say that we actually get a signal in the basement and we never did before this. Overall I would say it's an average buy.

Excellent. App set up AND a live US English speaking phone contact to help lead you through set-up and any follow-up questions. Great product; even greater company service support. Should serve as a role model for every product & company.
