I recently setup this product in my parents home as a new house gift. I was nervous about rewiring the light switches at first but the process ended up being extremely easy. 2-way switches take about 3 minutes and once the power is turned back on, the connection process with the bridge is seamless using their app. I also connected the switches to my parents Amazon Echo. The device integration was simple and the lights now turn on and off with simple voice commands. Absolutely amazed with these products.

Bought this set along with 6 other dimmers. Installed them throughout the downstairs. Install us super easy. Set up of software and bridge was even easier. Now I can control all of the first floor lights via the app. Also works perfectly with Alex and voice controls. For the more advanced I really like the limit features. Let's you adjust how bright you want to upper and how dim you want the lower limits. Finally I like the feel of the switch. Plastic but the buttons have good feel and spring.

I have bought this starter kit because it comes with the bridge and I had planned on buying more switches. The switches easy to install along with a very easy bridge set up. Lost one star because when you switch lights on via the actual switch their are only two options, full bright or full dim. It does not remember the last dimmer setting. I have six of these switches for my rooms where I have Chandaliers the rest of the bulbs in my house are Hue which work with HomeKit very poorly. The Lutron switches never fail to turn on unlike the Hue which is always hit or miss. Was very careful buying these from Best Buy. After $50k of purchases and 250.00 in returns I am banned from returning or exchanging anything at Best Buy for 365 days. Nice way to treat an elite plus customer.

I spent a lot of time searching online for a system that would work with both the Amazon Echo and Siri. I finally decided on the Lutron Caseta and I'm glad I did. It works perfectly. It was easy to install and using the Amazon Echo is like talking to the Enterprise computer. It lets you not only turn on and off the lights but dim them at various degrees. I now have four of the switches set up and will probably add a few more in the near future.

Wanted a nice looking wifi switch to work with Amazon dot. The switch requires a bridge (one for the whole house) and is the only down side if any. Hooks up easily and looks nice. Switch has a remote but I do not use it as I have the switches all configured with Amazon Dot and can be activated by voice. Switch allows lights to be dimmed. Size is appropriate for standard electrical box. No issues with install.

Tried the Belkin WeMo switch and it worked horribly! Researched the Lutron Caseta and finally decided to go with it. Easy to install and works flawlessly both manually and wirelessly via wifi.

This switch was plug and play. Lutron has always made top quality light switches and this one is another WIN. Make sure you buy this kit with the hub, you need the hub to interface with the light switch to use with Alexa or the Harmony Hub. Works smooth and no buzzing from the LEDs. Just Perfect. I have a few of these throughout the house, no problems at all

Many IoT lighting switches have a dedicated Wi-Fi connection in the device and require 4 wires in the replacement switch box. This makes installation in older homes a challenge and each switch must have a good connection to the Wi-Fi hub. The Lutron system consists of a hub that plugs into the back of a router and then communicates to each switch through a lower frequency, more reliable signal. The switches supported by the Lutron system can be dimmers, 3-ways and rockers. The Lutron hub can also connect to many other commercial IoT devices like Nest thermostats, Alexa devices and Google Smart Speakers. The phone app is well designed and allows many combinations of settings to control all of the Lutron devices. The Lutron system might be more expensive than others, but its capabilities, flexibility and ease of use make it the best IoT lighting system available.

I was nervous before buying this product but my doubts were gone about 15 minutes into the installation process. Simple install and great performance; will be getting few more for other rooms. One improvement - better app; scheduling isn't intuitive, there is room for improvement. Ecobee thermostat is a good example of well rounded app.

Great product flawless compatibility with apple homekit and my xfinity home. Voice command works great. My lights are on when I arrive home and off when I leave. never had a disconnect issue. I did have one defective unit out of ten. So not great but I do have that sort of luck yours may be better.

I have been trying to convert our home to a smart home, and one of the items I had been looking for was a light switch to control and schedule our exterior lights (front porch, exterior garage lights, rear deck). One of the issues we have is our home is considered “older” because our switch wiring does not have a neutral wire which most smart switches require. After a ton of research I found the Lutron Caseta switches. Apparently Lutron has some type of patented technology where they can use a dimmer switch without the neutral wire. After reading many of the positive reviews, I took the plunge and bought the kit (wireless bridge, switch and remote) from Best Buy . I installed it a few days ago and couldn’t be happier. There was a minor hiccup with the lights flashing the first night, but that was solved by replacing the bulbs with a type (Cree) that was compatible with Luton Caseta. I’m really happy with the results. Next step is to slowly add additional switches around our home.

This system was designed well, functions well, easy to install, looks great; I have NO complaints. The dimming is smooth. The switch is beautiful. This is just a great product and I have retrofitted the entire house with these. Absolutely love this product. Lutron did it right.

I had originally purchased a Leviton switch, but it required a neutral wire which my switch didn't have. Lutron doesn't require the neutral wire, so picked this one up. Only took about 10 minutes to install, another 5 to get it configured, and now I have Alexa dimming the lights!

This system was purchased so 3 way switch situations could be controlled. The kit includes the hub you need and one switch at a good price. Other switches can be added that handle 3 way switching. The included switch allows diming and works well with the Amazon DOT voice control system

I have a Google Home and Alexa. Device works great with either. Cheaper to use this in some of the rooms than purchasing individual smart bulbs. DIFFERENTIATOR is the fact that installs great in older homes without Neutral wire in gangbox. HomeKit setup was a breeze.

I was looking for a smart home control to switch on and off along with dim my lighting that worked with both an iOS app but also with Amazon's Alexa and echo. So many seem to be limited to one or the other or have to use IFFTT to work around. This is simple and easy to set up right out of the box. A note to owners who have 3 way switch wiring. While the box states the switch does not work with 3 way wiring, my plan was to simply eliminate the second switch and install the remote switch (included...sweet!!) where the second switch was. Don't know why Lutron doesn't call it out, but they have a great walk through on how to disconnect the second switch and what to do with the wiring! Win Win!!! Found that out after I got home! They did exactly what I planned to do! After you buy this unit with the hub, the next units are easy to add! Planning now on where to add my thrid one! Alexa, turn on the living room lights............ !!!! Even my wife is addicted!!

I thought this system was easy to install and program. I was done in less than an hour including watching a how to install video. It's great to use either with the remote or the wall switch. I also connected it to my Alexa Dot and Echo system so I can control it via voice.
