Computer is great as all Apple products. Expensive yes, but reliable. Cons: asked to join a service that I truly didn’t need in order 2 transfer my data … no good 2 pay 99 or 199 to join… I trade (later) my old great shape MacBook and I received a BB card, not credit on my purchase… so, waste of money forcing me to purchase stuff I don’t need. Good: one, one guy, customers service that is a gem, multi tasking multi efficient, working alone with 3 customers at the same time!!! Smiling, running, totally different to the now so common CService that are more interested in their celular… I believe DIme or something like that is his name @ BB Tyson’s corners Virginia!!

Beautiful and sleek, fast and very light. The battery lasts a very long time even though I'm always working on it.

I you have apple products or a home office and have to work around the world this is a great travel companion! It performs as supposed and better than my 1200 dollars Hp.

This computer is fast and the battery lasts at least 1 day with normal use.

Unbelievable how much faster this MacBook is from my Windows 10 machine. I am very impressed with the performance. Still learning how to make use of the various features. It is quiet, fast, looks great on my desk, what more can I say. I love it.

The MacBook Air is great and arrived quickly. Just the right size for my needs. Slight issue getting MS Office downloaded because the link didn’t work correctly, but customer service at the store remedied the issue quickly. Love the rose gold color too!

What can I say. it's an Apple product. everything you expect from them and more. Compact light size, great picture quality, fast processing speed. And of course this won't be obsolete in a year like a regular windows PC. This is everything I needed in a laptop plus some.

Apple does it again! This is one fast MacBook. Worth every penny. Bought as a Christmas present for my wife. She absolutely loves it. Am thinking of buying one for myself now. If your thinking about getting one my advice is go ahead and do it!

I have had my MacBook Air for 2 years. It has been the best purchase. Not one single problem to date. Be very careful however, when picking up your laptop… Mac’s are fragile. Don’t pick up by the screen when it’s open!

I was sold a Mac Book Air to replace my dead 2012 MacBook Air. Fortunately the geek was able to transfer most of my info from my iPad to the Laptop because there was no access to my old computer. I was unable to connect my old printer, HP said it was too old and I needed a new one that was small enough to fit in a small compartment. I found 2 at B.B. on line that said they were in store. One was too large and no one could find the other. About this time the agent who had sold me the laptop appeared and he was able to find it on line and ordered it for me, delivered my home. This appears to be the replacement for my old one. I have misplaced the names of the agents who were so helpful. The sales agent was from Hanoi and the geek had a lot of dark hair. They couldn't have been nicer or more proficient. Thank you. Frances Hay

Amazing laptop for studying, class work and everyday use. Coding on the M1 air is great as well. Just enough power to run games as well for the moments you need to kill some time. Extremely light weight and the no fans offer absolutely no noise.

I’m new to macs, but I’m a fan!! It was easy to get used to, because I’ve used iPhones for years. Long battery life! Compact and light. The screen is very clear. The Best Buy sales rep we worked with was great. He was super informative, but not pushy at all!

This is my first MacBook Air ever. So far I am liking the new feature of the Apple M1 chip. It has a really fast processor. The keyboard also has some great features. The size is as big as the Macbook Pro from a few years ago. I would totally recommend this Macbook Air to anyone.
