    Great at first but After 2 years keeps deleting my papers or not saving the entire paper. Really frustrating. Meanwhile the one version of this one still works fine. I should have never upgraded.

    The laptop was a open box fair condition product. It appeared to have been used before and hard drive was restored to have no information only. And accessories were missing out of the box. I underst6ood it was a risk to buy open box flip fair condition and especially online. Next time if I purchase an open box product, I will be the store and be able to physically look at it.
