I received excellent assistance from the young man in the computer department. He listened to how I was going to use the laptop, what my interests & needs were and suggested the Macbook Air. He didn't try and upsell me. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. When I went to pick up my computer at Geek Squad, Jeff spent a lot of time going thru it with me and loaded apps I wanted, while showing me how to navigate with the Macbook. He helped me to the point where I could begin using it right away. Again, very knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. This was a great buying and learning experience for me. My brother loves his laptop. Though the specs are nothing special, the M1 chip still holds up pretty well and is worth it at a discounted price tag.
