I recommend that if you have never used an Apple laptop that you talk to a Best Buy employee to help you out. It is super confusing in the beginning but you will for sure get used to it. Its battery lasts a really long time compared to other brands. I also love all of the features that come with it.

Is MAC user friendly? Yes - It do takes some time

ICloud is an advantage for Mac OS to restore data. Getting used to Mac OS takes a bit of time. However, installing Microsoft 365 products on Mac OS is easy than I thought. Try not to use Safari on laptops because tabs not used do not go to sleep mode to save memory used. Edge and Chrome are perfect browsers for laptops. Screenshots need to be set to desktop to copy the snip, this may be a bit confusing with Mac OS. There are a few areas that need improvement in MAC OS to make it user-friendly.
