This laptop is of commendable quality. It is perfectly equipped for my academic endeavors and internet browsing. It has met all my expectations.

My Mac book is working great and the service I got was amazing at Best Buy at Tucson mall the gentle man answered all questions and got me checked out quickly

Light Weight and easy to use. Wish I could have got one with a little more memory than this one as I ran out of memory transferring my data from my old Mac.

This computer is super fast compared to previous MacBooks that I've owned. However, it has a lot of first edition problems - mostly in terms of connecting to external displays. I've had issues where external displays flicker and cut out, and often the computer will crash while connected. Two months into ownership the computer is at the Apple Store getting its Logic Board replaced.

MacBook Air was perfect for school. It fits right in my backpack and takes up no space. The screen is little small but it works on the go.

You can always count on Apple to furnish an award wing product. The only criticism I can find is it’s so small that anyone one with large hands would make a number of typing errors.

Loved the entire experience . Starting from representative introduction to payment, quite seamless. M1 macbook air seems to be a powerful machine. Overall, 10/10.

MacBook was received as described. Needs more memory. Only 256 gb.

It has been great so far. I don’t use it everyday like i do my windows computer. I cant afford to buy the software again that would be compatible with Mac. Still learning how to usr it.

Easy order and pickup. It’s a Christmas gift for my daughter to use at college. I like that I have time to exchange or upgrade since she won’t open until Christmas.

I absolutely love my laptop! I purposely bought it for the coloring but the functionality is great to go from my iPhone to my MacBook. Love it!

I absolutely love this MacBook Air. The screen quality, operating system, and Touch Id is great. I haven't used Siri yet but I am sure that is helpful. This is my third Apple laptop and my last one was bought in 2011

I bought this for my daughter who will be using it for college and she loves it! She lives the compatibility with her other Apple products. We got it on sale and as an open box that saved us!

Upgraded from a 2017 MacBook Air since I found out there were open box ones available. I got one for $701 + taxes which is around a $200-$300 savings. Except for the fact that there was no box the Mac Appears to be in great shape. Haven't played around with it too much yet.

Made the switch from PC to Apple laptop so the computer and my iPhone would synch. It takes some learning and just ‘getting use to’ the MacBook Air but glad I made the change but couldn’t have done it without the patient Geek Squad. I bought at Best Buy so I would have the Squad to help me!

Product in at the right date, sales person very helpful. I was very pleased. Product quality good, sales person helped right away and knew the product I wanted to purchase, didn’t have to wait long on line to wait. Place was safe to walk in. I would recommend this product and this place.
