The best Mac laptop for most people is the 13-inch MacBook Air with Apple's M1 processor. It's more than fast enough for browsing, working on documents, and making light photo and video edits, and it has an excellent high-resolution screen, a great trackpad, a totally silent fanless design, and a reasonable price. Recently I bought this and love it.

Bought this for my daughter who just started college and she loves it!! Great battery life, user friendly, and sleek design.

Such a nice lightweight laptop. Just right for personal use and I got the lovely rosegold color. Price was terrific too as I got on sale. Nice savings. I did have to buy a dock to plug printer and wireless mouse in because this laptop has only 1 USB port.

This was a gift for my daughter for college for her first year. Not only was it a great price, but it is easy to use and exactly what she is looking for. It’s slim the color is unique and pretty and has a lot of really cool features like recognizing some print and face to get into it for extra added security.

I went back and forth between this and the new m2 model. I needed something for everyday use such as internet, email, YouTube, Netflix and occasional Microsoft office use. I just didn’t see much point in the new one outside the MagSafe charger. The m1 is more than enough power for this and I actually like the wedge shape better. I’m completely and glad I didn’t spend the extra money just to have the latest and greatest.

I am in love with this laptop, I am really grateful to the employee who told me all about this laptop and I have not had any problems with it ever since I bought it, it has really been helping me for my college courses and I love that the battery lasts a really long time and it is fast.

I love this computer it has a great battery life. The speed is also great I would recommend this to others. It is a must buy.

So far so good! I’m a Graphic Designer and I had been using the same 2013 MacBook Pro. I didn’t want to spend too much money so I decided to get one of these as my personal laptop. It is really good. I use Adobe CC on it and it does not lag at all. The battery last a long time as well. That M1 chip is really good! I also got this at an “open box” price which was such a deal. NOTE: It is still brand new and I do not do any heavy editing or designing on it (such as video editing)

Apple's M1 chips are blazing fast, no need to even upgrade to their M2 or M3 just yet. Works great for my developer workflow and got up and running in minutes.

It's pretty good nothing special to me wish they would make a 120hz screen on the next airs. The m1 processor is powerful and the battery is amazing and the keyboard feels great. Got it for my intro computer science classes works great runs all my code fine. You can't have netflix as an app tho and other weird things can't be apps. My 120hz complain is just because i'm used to faster screens but for school or work its great no other complaints.

This is my first Mac and I have absolutely loved it from day one. It is perfect for my small business needs. I love that is lightweight. Being able to access everything from my iCloud means that I can work with my iPhone, Macbook, or iPad without any issues.

Excellent laptop for the price. I Switched to MacBook after using windows for a decade. This MacBook Air is really fast and easy to operate. I was confused on M1 and M2, but then the Best Buy guy really helped me. I love my first MacBook Air - it’s great for basic day to day uses.

Excellent laptop with Apple software behind it. I use this for FaceTime, web browsing, minor video editing, light gaming, note taking, basic office programs and more. The machine runs smooth, quiet, cool and has yet to throw any issues at me, other than me figuring out how to use MacOS. The M1 chip will keep this thing functioning for years to come.
