This is the perfect laptop for me! The size is perfect for traveling with! It is powerful and fast! The interaction between my IPhone 12 Pro Max and my Apple Watch makes it the perfect choice for simplicity of use and maximum capability!

The laptop is similar to the older model in look and feel but the M1 chip is very powerful. Performance has significantly improved allowing MBA to perform tasks at much faster rate and efficiently. The biggest advantage is that the battery lasts longer. For moderate usage of 3 hours a day the battery lasts almost a week. Overall worth the upgrade to M1 MBA.

After years of using a windows PC, I decided to go with a Mac. Best decision ever. I was tired of starting a PC, going to the kitchen, getting snacks and the PC still wasn't' done booting up. And the older a PC gets, the slower it gets. I had been keeping track of what was happening with Macs the last few years with the keyboard and new M1 chip. Looks like the issue with the keyboard and other complaints about previous models have been addressed. There is a slight learning curve coming from a PC. The Mac does the same things, its just getting used to the terminology. After about a week and using the Apple forums to ask questions, it was easy. Now its a matter of opening the computer and its ready to go. I do see I am going to have to buy a cable or two to hook it up to my monitor when I'm at home. I kept track of the prices after I bought this and Best Buy ran them on sale three weeks after I bought this. After a chat with a representative, the new sale price was matched. The one thing I always like about BB, easiest price matching out there. You just have to keep on top of the price for 30 days and if there is a sale price, they will match, no question Very happy with my decision to buy a Mac.

The MacBook Air is the best for college students, it is very sleek and light to carry around in my backpack. As a nursing student l made a good investment in buying the MacBook Air rose gold color.

Works extremely well, the MacBook is fast and very slim so it's perfect for fitting in a bag or for light travel. The speakers are loud and clear and the screen colors are vibrant and crisp. Would definitely recommend.

Hands down, best laptop I have ever purchased. Very fast. Very clean as far as design. Screen gets very bright. The M1 Chip is like butter. Could not ask for a better piece of tech. I highly recommend the Air over the Pro only if you are a casual user and are not gaming, editing, or rendering photos/videos.

The battery life is insane. Just bananas, legitimately more than a full workday. Probably the best value for a computer I've ever had. I have a zillion tabs open and it doesn't slow down. I own a Macbook Pro from three or four years ago that is clunky, slow, and has a terrible keyboard with hideous battery life. This is just a different level of computer. A++.

I upgraded to this device from a 2015 MacBook Air. I am so glad I did! The M1 chip truly is a game changer for Apple. Lightning fast and can handle so much. This MacBook has the best keyboard and trackpad I have ever used on a Mac device. I also like that I can download apps and such. Battery life is out of this world amazing. I love that it wakes up immediately upon opening the lid. My only gripe is that I wish that there were more ports on it. Only 2 USB-C ports (one of which you have to use to power the device) is very short-sighted. This can be fixed with a hub, but that is also another expense). One small annoyance is the lack of being able to upgrade the RAM, but 8GB is more than enough for my needs. For those who like to slam "gold" or "rose gold", I used to be one of you. However, this color was the only option available, and I must say...it is quite beautiful to look at.

Love my new MacBook Air in rose gold. I’ve never owned a MacBook and it is so easy to use and the battery life is incredible. I was even able to get Word. WORD!!! I haven’t had word on any of my devices since I graduated from college in 2013. Dang, it feels good to be able to type a letter not using my email as a spreadsheet. I love, love my new laptop.

Fast efficient and perfect for photoshop and other adobe software! Battery lasts forever too. Definitely recommend if you need a small powerful laptop to last.

This Mac is great! It’s super fast thanks to apple silicon and battery life is amazing. The screen size is also not to big and not too small and its very very lightweight! 100% recommend.

I bought 2018 Macbook Air but returned it because I was not happy with fan noise it was making plus it had problematic keyboard. For early 2020 they changed keyboard but fan noise and thermals were still problematic. I am happy to say that late 2020 Macbook Air with M1 met expections. Runs cool, no fan noise since there is no fan plus it punches above its class weight in perfomance.

Incredible computer. Bought it the day the new MBPs were announced because I wanted to give it a try since I was coming from a 2012 MBP and just wow. I see why the M1 chips received such rave reviews. I returned this because I need more storage, but even before I knew I was getting a 1TB version, I thought I'd go back to my 2012 MBP, ha!

Overall I love it with a couple of caveats. Got the 8gb ram basic version. Was surprised when it running slower than my previous computer (hp specter 2018 16gb ram). Opening a bunch of tabs on safari slowed it down. Secondly, being used to 15in and going down to 13 inch felt like a bit of a downgrade, and my old laptop just had amazing picture quality, 4K, and wide color gamut. Somewhat wish I waited for the 14in MacBook pros. Overall, I’m really happy, wanted a Mac because I have an iPhone and have been impressed by how easily everything syncs up. Have been wanting to experience apple ecosystem for a while and it didn’t disappoint. Also, it’s ridiculously small and light, battery life is amazing.

Great! Only downside is the fact that the default storage options are so limiting unless you utilize cloud storage systems. The battery life is great, but less than MacBook Pro, so you have to pick your battles. But for $750 with the student discount, the value is incredible!
