I've been using my MacBook Pro for over a year now, and it's been a fantastic experience. For personal use, this device has been incredibly reliable and powerful. The Retina display is stunning, offering sharp and vibrant visuals that make everything from streaming videos to browsing the web a real pleasure. The build quality feels premium, and I appreciate how compact and lightweight it is, making it easy to carry around. The performance has been exceptional. Whether I’m multitasking or running more demanding applications, it handles everything smoothly without any slowdowns. The battery life is impressive, lasting long enough for most of my daily tasks without needing to plug in constantly. One of the things I love most about the MacBook Pro is how seamlessly it integrates with other Apple products. Everything from syncing with my iPhone to using AirDrop works effortlessly, which makes managing my digital life so much easier.

I recently purchased the Apple MacBook Air, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my decision. This laptop combines impressive performance with a sleek and lightweight design, making it a perfect companion for both work and leisure. The first thing that struck me was the stunning Retina display. The colors are vibrant, and the text is incredibly sharp, making every task a pleasure to work on. The laptop's performance is blazing fast, thanks to the M1 chip. It handles multitasking with ease, and I've experienced no lag whatsoever, even when running resource-intensive applications. The battery life is outstanding. I can go through an entire workday without worrying about finding an outlet, and when I do need to charge, it happens remarkably quickly. The keyboard is comfortable to type on, and the trackpad is precise and responsive. The MacBook Air's slim profile and lightweight design make it incredibly portable. Whether I'm on the go or working from home, it's easy to carry around. The build quality is top-notch, and it feels durable and reliable. The macOS ecosystem provides a seamless experience, and I appreciate the integration with my other Apple devices. The security features, like Touch ID, add an extra layer of convenience and peace of mind. In conclusion, the Apple MacBook Air is a remarkable laptop that excels in performance, design, and portability. It's a valuable investment for anyone in need of a versatile and powerful machine. I highly recommend it to anyone considering a new laptop.

I cannot believe that it has been one year since I ditched Windows for MacOS. But seriously this base model M1 MacBook Air has not only changed the way I feel about the Apple computers but it has also completely changed the way I work daily. In short, this is, in my personal opinion, the best laptop I have used. Shocking definitely, especially considering that I was a long-time Windows user. But, welcome to my long-term review of this base model Apple M1 MacBook Air after using it for almost one year, and if you are still considering whether your next laptop should be a Windows or MacBook... I hope my sharing will help to swing you towards one. Now you have probably seen a million people talk on this machine, so there's no benchmark but I am going to bring you through how I use this machine on any typical day. #1 Webcam & Microphone quality Right off the bat, I have probably done hundreds of video calls with these things. The webcam even though is only 720p overall, offers better colors, better skin tone, and an overall brighter picture, if compared with my Lenovo Legion 5 Gaming laptop. But what’s impressive is the Microphone quality. I use it not only for my Zoom sessions but also to record voice memos, WhatsApp audio, WhatsApp calls, Facetime, making phone calls. #2 Audio Despite this being only 13”, the built-in speakers are just mind-blowing, with large & powerful output, which puts a lot of Premium Windows laptops to shame. If you want some “Me-only” moments, the headphone jack audio output is respectable, delivering clean, loud audio regardless of the workload #3 Keyboard Backlight The keyboard backlight is available in the Control Center for manual adjustments but you can always set it to Auto-adjust in System Preferences. #4 Touchpad The Touchpad. What more can I say? this is THE BEST built-in touchpad ever! Zero complaints. #5 Ports Now, for the two thunderbolt-3 ports on the left. Honestly, for my use with a simple hub in the past 1 year, it’s a non-issue. For one of the ports I run my UGREEN 10-in1 USB-C hub with 100W PD and this is the “command center” for my desk setup. It connects My 22” Monitor, my external HDDs, as well as my Flash drive and SD cards. It also has an ethernet port if I ever require faster connections The 2nd port I use with my Rii compact 83-key wireless keyboard & mouse combo or if I need to connect my iPhone directly via cable and use the machine as a Monitor, while I adjust the camera angle. #6 Display Now, this machine only allows you to natively connect to one external monitor. For me, it is perfectly fine. I’m not running multiple monitor setups directly with my M1 Air. Having said that, if I want to add a 2nd monitor in the future. I can do an easy upgrade and get a Dual HDMI USB-C Hub from HyperDrive. #7 What happens every morning So in the morning, I will have my coffee and breakfast at the coffee table in the living room. I will walk into my computer room, bring out the device, and set it on the table The “Instant On” feature is just fantastic as that means there is absolutely no waiting around, which unfortunately is something I always need to face every morning with my Windows laptop. The fingerprint unlock or Touch ID, which is also the Power Button, allows me to unlock my machine instantly. I can also use it to approve my purchases and automatically fill in my passwords. It just works. If I wanna lay back, I could sit back on the sofa and put it directly on my lap since it's fanless. #8 Performance & Battery life But here’s something that I truly appreciate about this machine, coming from being a Long-time Windows user. And that’s performance in a fanless chassis and how it continues to deliver consistent performance even while on battery. This means that you don’t get any drop in Performance when you plug out the power cable. Which is not something I can say for ANY Windows laptop. Now, I am also confident to say that everything you have heard about the battery is True. I usually start my morning with a fully-charged M1 Air, screen brightness at 50%, Wifi on, Bluetooth On and I will have multiple apps running, Whatsapp, Telegram, Safari (With 5 tabs), Apple Music playing and editing a 1080p video in iMovie. And it can last me at least 8 hours straight before I need to plug in the power at 10%. On days, when I am doing basic productivity tasks like Word, Excel, Emails, preparing my script, researching content, watching YouTube videos, and not doing any video editing, I only lose around 40% battery after a whole day. So in general, battery life is so good that it is never a concern. I lose about 10% per 2 hours whenever I am doing my productivity tasks.

This is my first laptop and I didn’t expect it to work so much great because it is the least of the 3 macbook M1 series. But tell you what, this laptop is just amazing. I never experience any lag or any problems after weeks of using it. It looks and feels premium, every aspect of it is just so good. It is very thin and light weight, I can just bring it whenever and wherever I want to go. Overall experience is more that what I expected. Im glad to have used this kind of technology.

Overall, I highly recommend the MacBook Air for most people, especially for those in the Apple ecosystem. Pros: M1 is amazing. Compared to the Intel i5 in my 2015 MacBook Pro, this processor is completely transformative. It's incredibly snappy, has instant-on from wake, far better efficiency and battery life. It's very thin and light. The keyboard is great. Touch ID is a nice feature. Cons: Only 8 GB ram. The 16 GB version would be a worthwhile upgrade, but it isn't available from BB. The screen is a little disappointing. The contrast at low brightness levels is slightly worse than my 2015 MacBook Pro. It would be nice if it had MagSafe and an HDMI port.

I recently purchased the MacBook Air 13.3" with the Apple M1 chip, 8GB of memory, and a 256GB SSD in the elegant Silver finish. To put it simply, this laptop is a game-changer. In fact, I was so impressed with its performance that I bought a second one! The M1 chip's speed and efficiency are beyond compare. It handles everything from everyday tasks to demanding applications with ease. The laptop boots up in a blink, and the battery life is phenomenal, lasting all day without breaking a sweat. The slim and lightweight design is perfect for on-the-go productivity, and the Retina display offers stunning visuals. Whether I'm working on documents, editing photos, or streaming videos, the picture quality is impeccable. The build quality is top-notch, and the keyboard is comfortable for extended typing sessions. I appreciate the tactile feedback and the backlighting for low-light environments. The 256GB SSD ensures snappy performance, and the 8GB of memory is sufficient for multitasking. I haven't experienced any lag or slowdown, even with numerous applications open. The MacBook Air's compatibility with various software and its seamless integration with other Apple devices make it a breeze to use. The trackpad is precise, and the speakers deliver excellent sound quality. Overall, the MacBook Air with the Apple M1 chip is a masterpiece of technology, and owning a second one speaks volumes about its quality. It's an investment that keeps on giving, and I can't recommend it enough to anyone in need of a reliable and powerful laptop.

The MacBook Air 13.3” with the M1 chip is stupidly good. Like, I don’t know what Apple put in this thing, but it’s crazy fast. I can have 20 tabs open, Spotify playing, and still edit stuff without it even flinching. The battery lasts forever. I’m not kidding—it’s like it refuses to die. Perfect for when I forget my charger (which is always). The screen? Gorgeous. Everything looks sharp and colorful, and yeah, it makes me want to watch Netflix instead of work. Plus, it’s so light, I barely notice I’m carrying it around. Oh, and it doesn’t have a fan, so it’s completely silent. No annoying buzzing, no overheating—just vibes. Honestly, this laptop is unfairly good. If you’re not buying it, what are you even doing? Get one and thank me later.

I recently purchased the MacBook Air from Best Buy, and I am thoroughly impressed. Right out of the box, the design of the MacBook Air stands out with its ultra-slim profile and lightweight build, making it the perfect companion for on-the-go tasks. The Retina display is stunning, offering vibrant colors and sharp text that is easy on the eyes during long work sessions. Performance-wise, this laptop is a powerhouse. The battery life is phenomenal – I can go through an entire day of work without needing a charge. The keyboard is comfortable and responsive, which is a huge plus for someone who types a lot. Another significant aspect is the macOS experience. It's user-friendly, secure, and integrates seamlessly with my other Apple devices, enhancing productivity and convenience. The speakers also deserve a mention for their clear and robust sound quality, which is impressive for a laptop of this size. In summary, the MacBook Air from Best Buy is an excellent investment for anyone seeking a blend of performance, portability, and premium build quality. It's well-suited for both professionals and casual users alike, making it a versatile choice in the laptop market.

I’ve had this laptop for almost 2 years now and it is absolutely amazing. My favorite investment. It’s very reliable, charges fast and stays charged for days and as a college student that is a very important factor for me. Storage wise, it’s standard amount is plenty. For my field of study I do a lot of writing, so I have a lot of files and still have plenty space left. It’s very fast, doesn’t run hot after hours of use and super lightweight.

This is my first MacBook Air. I was always a Windows user so it took a bit getting use to as far as commands for specific things but it was easy to figure out or look it up online. Battery life is phenomenal. The display is beautiful. This MacBook Air M1 is very fast. No lag time when using different software or surfing the web. The size of this is perfect and very light weight. The speakers are great. My only issue with it is MS Excel is really wonky. MS Word and OneNote works fine. Haven’t had use PowerPoint yet so I’m not sure if it works smoothly.

I bought the M1 MacBook Air thinking, “Okay, I just need something light and fast.” What I got was a machine that casually sips battery for hours like it’s on a beach vacation and still runs faster than my motivation on a Monday. The thing doesn’t even have a fan… because it doesn’t need one. It stays cool, silent, and unbothered while I’m out here throwing 50 tabs, Zoom calls, photo editing, and Spotify at it like a mad person. Meanwhile, my old laptop used to sound like a jet engine just trying to open a PDF. The screen is crisp enough to make me question my entire Netflix watching history. Keyboard? Smooth. Trackpad? Basically magic. And the battery life? I charge it like once every blue moon and it still keeps going — I’ve started trusting it more than I trust myself. If laptops were people, this one would be that chill friend who always shows up on time, looks good doing it, and somehow still has energy left to help you move a couch.

Worth every dollar! The laptop works flawlessly in every aspect. The laptops performance is super fast and buttery smooth. The display is so crispy! The only con for me was the factory color setting were a little monotone for me. If you want more color like me you can alter the color settings easily and make it pop a lot more. The exterior feels so premium and solid. Holding the laptop in your hands feels so premium, it will make you scared to hold it longer than 15 seconds at a time before putting it on a flat and secure surface. It feels a lot more expensive than the actual price of the laptop itself. Switching from windows to macOS was a little difficult at first, but with a little time it all blends together so intuitively and now it’s second nature to me working with macOS. Another plus, having a I phone and pairing your phone with your laptop so you can FaceTime and message while your doing work on your laptop is SOOO convenient!! That feature alone can be the selling point. The battery life is really decent. Definitely lasts up to the time stated in the product performance info. It can actually last longer sometimes depending on what apps your running. One big con for me is there are not a lot of ports on this laptop. It only offers two USB-C ports and a headphone Jack. However, you can buy a multiport attachment with hdmi, USB, USB-C, and SD card slot but it would have been nice to automatically have that as standard.

Best Buy is great place to shop for electronics items I’ve been shopping for with Best Buy for last 5 years I love it every time i buy something great customer service. I brought MacBook Air M1 long lasting battery life & charges quickly, great screen quality for any kind of content , the screen is amazing, Touch ID is useful in many ways like Apple Pay/signing in, the laptop is fairly light, keyboard is awesome (it does have a click sound when you type), the trackpad is better and more useful, and much more! Great laptop and is great for college students like me! Cons: THE PRICE lol, no Microsoft office installed(you need to buy separately, you GOT TO buy a sleeve or case since this is a scratch magnet, the speakers are not so great(bass is like fuzzy) , the camera quality is 2/5(blurry and just not great), and the ports(there are only 2 on the left side and on the right side, there is the headphone jack. It is kind of annoying that you have to use one side for charging. Other than that, it's very reliable, lasting, stylish, and overall a great buy for an upgrade or a new selection! This was my first apple MacBook and I primarily got it since I need a reliable laptop for college.

Okay, so I've owned this laptop going on two years now and let me just say that it's been the best two years ever. Coming from an HP which was 15 inches, extremely heavy for toting around, and slow, this MacBook checks all of those issues off easily. I thought the 13 inch would be too small but it's perfect and Im never going back. Between it being lightweight, holding a long charge, and being very quick to responding, I have no complaints. With the new macOS Sonoma update it's just gotten even better and I hope to have it for years to come. Just a few things: Firstly, it's extremely quiet. Again, coming from an HP that used to overheat and have an extremely loud fan, I forget that the MacBook is even actually on if I step away for a minute. Secondly, the display is great! Between watching a YouTube video, being on FaceTime, or on zoom, this things looks amazing at all times. Lastly, the features it comes with are awesome and make using the laptop even better. Being able to be connected to my phone, seeing messages, notes, reminders, etc is very useful. Overall, I have no complaints and I highly recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a new one.

The MacBook Air 13.3" with the Apple M1 chip is an impressive laptop that offers a seamless and powerful user experience. The M1 chip delivers exceptional performance, allowing for smooth multitasking and fast processing speeds. With 8GB of memory and a 256GB SSD, it strikes a good balance between storage capacity and speed. The laptop's sleek design and space gray color give it a modern and elegant look. The 13.3" Retina display offers vibrant colors and sharp details, making it enjoyable for multimedia consumption and creative work. The battery life is also remarkable, providing long hours of usage on a single charge. The M1 chip's integration with macOS delivers a smooth and efficient workflow. Apps and software run smoothly, and the laptop wakes up instantly from sleep mode. The MacBook Air's keyboard and trackpad are comfortable and responsive, ensuring a pleasant typing and navigation experience. One drawback to consider is the limited number of ports, as the MacBook Air only offers two USB-C ports. This might require the use of dongles or adapters for connecting external devices. Overall, the MacBook Air 13.3" with the Apple M1 chip is a fantastic choice for users seeking a powerful, portable, and stylish laptop. Its combination of performance, battery life, and sleek design make it a top contender in the market.

I got my MacBook Air M1 on sale. Great price for such a powerful computer. I bought one for my wife and I tried it out and it's great! I liked it so much I bought one too. I shifted over from a 2015 15" MacBook Pro. Since this was a 13" screen it wasn't that big of a difference. Right off the bat I could tell how much faster this Air was. Everything especially Apple 1st party apps worked so fast! The Touch ID is still the best. Can't do with out it now. The battery life is awesome!! I've gone 5 days of use before it even gets to 20% battery. USB-C charging is where it's at. I got an Anker 30 watt charger because it's much smaller and charges the same as the stock charger you get. I ended up getting the M1 version over the M2 mainly because of the stupid notch. I hate the notch on the phones and I really wasn't even entertaining the idea of a MacBook Air with one on it. No regrets there. Day to day use is so fast and easy. I'm using it for business or programming but it's fast enough for any task. The Speakers are actually really good! From music to movies to even videos on espy, it sounded great! Web Cam sucks. Its Garbage but if you have and iPhone you can link them up and use the iPhone camera to get better picture quality during FaceTime calls. I'm not sure if it works for anything else. This Mac is light, fast and has great battery life. It great if you're on the go a lot! I would defiantly wait for it go one sale again if you can wait. I got mine for $799.99 The price drop is worth the wait.

After using the MacBook Air for a year, I’m extremely satisfied with its performance. The M1 chip delivers fast, efficient processing for everyday tasks, and the battery life is outstanding, often lasting a full day on a single charge. Its sleek, lightweight design is perfect for portability, and the Retina display is sharp and vibrant. The Magic Keyboard and responsive trackpad make it a pleasure to use. While the port selection is limited and the webcam could be better, these minor drawbacks don’t overshadow its excellent overall value as a reliable, everyday laptop

I got the base model. Works great. Real fast. the battery lasts long and doesn’t get hot with most tasks. Lots of video rendering will get it to heat up. Since I’m doing more video editing and rendering than I expected, I should have gotten a Pro and more than 256 gigs. I have to do a lot of data management, uploading to the cloud, and saving large files to external hard drives. If you get an Air, at least get 512 gigs in case you want to run Parallels to put Windows on it which I should have done in the first place.
