The Apple MacBook Air is the best laptop I've owned. The Apple M1 chip is fast and allows the laptop to run with no fan, no noise plus the retina display has improved my efficiency in getting work accomplished. The laptop battery life greatly exceeds my MacBook Pro, sometimes exceeding 10 hours per day as mentioned in the specs. I also enjoy the Touch id to get me up and running quickly.

Perfect gift for my wife. I did research before about the color of the gold and it is definitely more rose gold than gold, which was perfect for my wife. Good thing to know before buying. As far as using it, so far we have been very impressed with how things are working, including quick turn on and off, using apps that are similar to my wife's iPhone and iPad and using her Apple Watch to unlock the computer. This is her first Mac and she has been enjoying it very much! Great performance with MS Office apps (available for use with Apple Silicon) and fanless design has already been appreciated. Price was excellent also!

Perfect weight for school, plenty of power and good battery life. The m2 version has more inputs though.

The perfect laptop for day to day work and casual browsing. This guy has great battery life, storage, and is super light and portable. Its been my daily driver every since I got it.

The M1 MacBook Air is nothing short of revolutionary. It’s 1 million times faster than my Intel iMac from 2015. Because it doesn’t have a fan, it is noiseless even when it’s rendering video or doing high intensity classics. I can’t imagine how I got along without it. It’s return to the scissor keys makes it so much better than the butterfly keys from 2016-2019. (although I do prefer the 2015 and prior keys). The only reason not to get this as if you’re waiting for the newer 2021M to M1X versions. The only thing that could make it better is a touchscreen, which I don’t think Apple will ever do. Battery life for days.

For a product a few years old, it runs so well. My only sligjt downside is a lack of a cooling fan, but honestly, it doesnt get too hot. The battery is fantastic, and I can leave it for days without remembering to plug it in! I always told myself I’d never buy an apple computer, but here I am— happy and ready for the next one.
