Perfect laptop

I had problems logging in with my password, Mac OS recovery mode didn’t work. It’s better to not purchase a open box MacBook ! I’ve owned a MacBook air 2014 and never once had a problem, I don’t plan to ever switch to another computer model.

Dropping wifi so frequently....

Constantly dropping wifi. 8 other devices including 5 from apple (phones, mac pro, pads) connected to the same router and works great. Even when wifi connects the speed is close to 150mbps slower than other devices. Will be returned. With no consistent wifi, this device is of no use to be on zoom calls during the work/school day.
