    The resolution of the screen is very clear and the keyboard is very comfortable. but I don't like Touch ID.

    If you aren’t used to using an Apple laptop, it can be frustrating initially to navigate through the differences vs windows based technology. There’s great support and tutorials. With a little patience initially, I was able to figure out how to use—and I’m technologically challenged
