    I am learning more every day about my computer and I am happy with it; but I need some additional help. I paid for that, but am not happy with Geek Squad nor their ability to help me. They seem to be over worked and lack adequate time to meet the instruction time I was promised.

    I liked the Mac Book, but I feel like it’s way too hyped up. It’s nothing like my iphone or IPad! I prefer windows products honestly. I’m young and felt like this was way too complex to use! It honestly made me sad! I broke my Samsung laptop and have always wanted a MacBook, so I said why not? I returned it the same day! It’s a nice product, so I would recommend it ironically, it’s just not for me. Too complex

    new Mac used to Microsoft so this is a major adjustment for me major adjustment from Microsoft products. don,t like set up very much. find it harder to use than windows machine. no more capable than windows and some actions harder to do.
