Customer Service Issues during Christmas

The few people that were assisting were pretty much only helping those that knew exactly what they wanted only to get them the item to purchase and provided no technical or sales advice. Additionally, no order of any kind was instituted and I had to fight just to get assistance. I waited 40 minutes to get assisted. The person that helped me was an Android Expert.
