    The first computer crashed on us. It had a software issue and was a nightmare. The second one is good so far. Hope it stays that way

    I’m happy with my laptop, the size and weight is perfect for traveling and always carrying it with me, the charger lasts an eternity that is the best and as for Best Buy's service it was excellent very precise and they offered me a good service, thank you

    Caps lock key is functioning incorrectly. the light on the button does not turn on unless a firm push. all other buttons work with a soft press.

    I really looked forward to this new laptop (old MacBook Air from 2015), but it's not the huge improvement I expected it to be, and I had to purchase bluetooth/wireless earbuds for it. I haven't noticed a huge difference in speed, either. Overall, it's a bit of a mixed bag for me (setup was fairly easy, and I'm used to Apple devices, but it's not as flexible as other devices...all in the name of "improvement", I'd guess.

    Would be a great light duty laptop. I returned it because my 2012 upgraded MacBook Pro is still just as good as I need for my use.

    The color is not gold, it’s rose gold. It’s a great computer but it doesn’t work like I’m used to and the tutorial in the computer is not enough.
