    Love this. However, I am unable to do the software update. It starts updating for 30 mins, then when it moves to “preparing” it gets an error and says I don’t have WiFi. Tried hardwiring it and that still didn’t work. Went to someone else’s home to try it, still didn’t work. Hours on with Apple support and problem is still not fixed. Still unable to update.

    For the price it just could’ve done more when you use your Apple Watch with it it don’t work sometimes

    My opurchase has not come yet. It has been a couple of weeks already and Best Buy is not sure when it will come. Very dissatisfied with this news AFTER I had purchased it. I do look forward to the product when I get it because it is a product I value.

    I went in to buy this laptop because I saw that it was a open box certified item. I understand the salesmen has to ask a little about trying to upsale but he kept trying to upsale me on everything. I literally would have bought it somewhere else if they had it in stock. Walking into Best Buy is like driving through a car lot when the dealership is open.

    Originally loved this laptop but all of a sudden the screen stopped working just after a year of having it. My husbamd was watching something on it and it just went out on him. Pretty upset thay t we spent 900 dollars on a piece of crap.
