Very poor quality camera!. I won't recommend it to apple lovees. Total disappointment

It’s a little hard to use because it’s an Apple and everything is so different from my old Dells, but it does its job which for me was to finally get to import my photos. Windows stopped being compatible with my iPhone and after 2 iPhones and 2 dell laptops and 1 HP (which worked with my photos sometimes) I broke down and bought this Air. I did have to also get a compatible external usb c hard drive because my old external hard drive wouldn’t be recognized but now all my photos are finally imported after a few years. So yay!

The computer is awesome but there was a system failure on your end that did not allow me to buy the Microsoft Office subscription at the discounted price at the time of purchase. It would not let me create a Best Buy account at checkout which is why I also had to remove all of the free apple products (music, news, etc...). I then tried to get Microsoft Office at a discounted price after the purchase and your customer service refused to help or match the price. You lost a customer because you would not match a price due to a system failure on your end.

I have been having trouble with Mac Book Air. It was hard to go on and the dictionary keeps opening without me asking even though i unchecked it. My 12 year old Mac Book Air never gave me problems. I had to call up Apple for help.

I like the computer size, however I cannot connect two monitors, and it is very frustrating

I am very disappointed that I cannot access any apps. This is due to my lack of a telephone. All that power and I am denied access.

It's literally the same old mac book here with the tiny 256 GB hard drive. This Laptop is for students that only do school work and nothing serious.

Not sure I like this new M1 chip. Have always been extremely pleased with every apple product I’ve owned, but this one failed me. Got this laptop for Xmas and it never would set up properly. The software would not update and several of my apps would not operate properly. After several days of trying to make it work, I took back to the store. Best Buy says it was defective and they are replacing. Had to order so still waiting to see if the 2nd one works any better.

Product is great but service sucked. Purchased AppleCare plus with macbook and Best Buy dropped the ball on getting this set up. Took me over two weeks with numerous calls and emails to get this resolved. Next time I’ll buy directly though Apple.

Yes its cool having a macbook but unless youre in a buisness or in school it really doesnt have a purpose.

The purchase was great. Friendly and knowledgeable salesman. The installation not so great. The installer hung the tv and it was not center with our dresser and looks tacky. I will buy again from you but will get someone else to install.

bought an open box MacBook M1. MacBook has scratches on bottom and also on charger. Don’t buy Open Box. Maybe you’ll have to pay $20/25 bucks extra to get a new one. Buy new one

The computer memory is not big enough so it can stuck sometimes. I don't think it is a good buying option i had made. Recommend to buy HP Dell that will have much more advanced features. Not worth the money. In tje winter time the surface is super cold. It can get scratchs easily. Not worth the money.

I like the mac pro Air but it doesnt have all the features my pro had, like word and 3 other apps. It is now about 68 to get a bundle of 4!

Great product for apple users. I love the case and accessories available for this item, however I returned it because I am not an apple/mac fan and couldn't convert myself though I tried.

I wish they would make a touchscreen MacBook. Convient for school and cool features.

I probably should not have gotten a MacBook since I am used to Windows and Microsoft Word. I'm having a difficult time figuring it out, but I will keep at it. I'm tempted to trade it in for a Microsoft-type laptop.

The computer battery wasn’t working properly when opened

I bought a new one in 2021. The screen got scratched and then about 2 years after i purchased it, the motherboard went out and it cost within $150 to fix it as compared to buying a new one. The macbook pro is so much better made it is like comparing a Honda and a Yugo.
