I love the product however my sales person rushed me and was kind of rude he didn’t even want to offer me a bag to place my laptop in after my purchase he just handed me the box I had to ask for a bag I did not like that at all

Starting to act slow and my contacts will not upload on this computer for some reason. It’s a great computer just has it days on when it wants to work good.

Customer service should be your number 1 priority. After purchases a MacBook Air for my wife for Christmas, I was told to come back so the geek squad can help her set it up. When I returned to store they said I had to pay a service fee. So said never mind and took it to Apple store. They helped us set it up free of charge. I will no longer purchase from Best Buy anymore. Now I know why this company is falling apart. I will make my purchases elsewhere from now on and will let everyone on social media know about my experience at Best Buy cause it’s not the “best”.

I recently bought this MacBook Air 13.3 and getting familiar with all the features. I especially like the Touch ID feature allowing you to touch a button to log in versus having to type in a password each time it times out :-)

Its good for what it does me personally i need something bigger the laptop is confusing to navigate it was my first apple laptop

If you are not tech savy and just want a decent laptop to do day to day- do not buy this. Cannot even use my usb

The power adapter did not work and I have yet to receive a new one. Shopping online is always a catch 22 I feel. I would say my issue is more with Best Buy than Apple. Even though it was the apple product that does not work.

Horrible purchase. The laptop itself is great when it works but my battery was defective. Within a little over a month my laptop wont even turn on without being connected to a charger. Went to get it checked by the geek squad and they said there was nothing we can do since their system with apple changed. They didnt even offer to exchange it for a working one. I had to take it to the Apple store and get it shipped out because they said they couldn't do anything there since I got it from best buy. Next time I rather just get it from the souce so they can at least do something about it.

Great product! I was able to go in store and pick out which MacBook worked best for me. The sales team are always so nice, and of course product quality is great! I always go to BestBuy for all of my technological-needs.

Gets the job done. Able to surf web and do small artistic projects. Video editing is a challenge with the lack of ram. Apple as a company seems to be going down hill fast

Apparently I somehow got a virus when o migrated from my MacBook pro to my new computer. There was extensive repairs that needed to be done. And since both computers contain weneoot I was surprised that I got a virus.

SINCE MONDAY I WAS FORCED TO STAY AT HOME FOR SIGNATURE, MONDAY DELIVERY NEVER HAPPENED WITH ROADIE. THAN YESTERDAY REPLACEMENT ORDER PLACED, I SHOULD HAVE GET THE LAPTOP. SO FAR, I'VE WASTED 3 DAYS OF WEEK FOR THIS MYSTERIOUS ORDER. I AM NOT SURE IF I WILL GET IT AT ALL.

Use it daily and it works perfectly. Battery is long and has a quick processing/response time. Very light weight and sleek look. Super happy with my purchase

I purchased this as my son's school laptop less than 90 months ago, and now every time the MacBook goes to sleep, the keyboard and trackpad become unresponsive. To get them to respond, we have to power off / power on. After spending time in the Apple store (during which no hardware issues were found), Apple support had me reinstall my OS, and the problem persists! This has been going on for over a week, and they have given me no timeframe for resolution.

Ok where do I start, I’m 76 years old, after a fire in my home my grandson purchased this Product for me to replace a old one tried to use it was very complicated for me I did try did not like it tried to return to store for a refund young man was very nice but after explaining to him my problem he checked with a supervisor because it was pass15 days sorry I can’t do that I told him I would take a store Credit this was not a cheap purchase, apple have a very Strick policy on returns,15 days only I’m not happy will not buy anymore of apple product, what do I do with something I can’t use.

I bought a geek quad certified open box MacBook Air. I had trouble creating an account so I took it to Apple to see if they could diagnose the problem. I was then notified that the Motherboard had to be replaced in order for me to use the MacBook. Needless to say I returned the open box one I bought from Best Buy and just bought a new one directly from Apple. Geek quad certification apparently means nothing.

This MacBook Air 13.3 is just your basic Mac Laptop. It has all of your features that you would expect with a MacBook. In my humble opinion, if I had to do it all over again, I would purchase an Ipad and get the case with the keyboard and touchpad and pen. Overall though, its a good laptop but if you need anything windows you better get a PC then, i ran into that issues a few times and would have to use certain programs on my old laptop.
