MacBook M1 Air

Purchased the second one for my Freshman high school granddaughter for Xmas 2022. They don’t go anywhere without them.

The worst shopping experience EVER

I ordered 12/8, was supposed to receive it by 12/14 and still have not gotten it. I’ve called five times, and was given the run around each time by people who are obviously scripted and not even employed directly by your company. It’s impossible to call directly to a store because it goes to a oversea call center. The person on chat assured it would reship and get here by Christmas but still nothing. It’s a shame that they would take someone’s money and not provide a product or a refund and then therefore preventing a gift from being given to someone for Christmas.

Air Max is a great laptop

But without Best Buy’s Tech Support, I would it be able to utilize its functions. I still need a bit more cleanup, but will deal with that after the holidays.

Heard it’s an issue across M1 devices.

Achool purpose, i needed office and other programs that mac is not provided for and needa to be ported.

I had to reset it three times and I got the same issue;trackpad was unresponsive. Maybe just a defective device.

New Macbook Air

The transitions was easy and she is very happy with the new device. It has more memory and storage than her old macbook.
