Extreme Miscommunication

The issues were more than the average Geek Squad person was knowledgeable of. It required 3 trips to the store from a city 20 minutes away. AND, the salesperson, Kris, told us to bring our printer, router, other laptops, and iMac with us when we came to swap out the Macbook Pro for the Macbook Air. TOTALLY unnecessary according to your Geek Squad staff.!!!!!!!!

Someone hacked my account and tried to purchase 2 of these online. I had gotten a new card because of a previous fraud incident a few days before, and this purchase was made before I even got the card itself! Besides, I'm a Google/PC guy. Sounds a little fishy. Got alerted to the purchase and was able to stop it before it shipped. If you don't have purchase alerts set up on your charge cards, do it now. It saved me a lot of hassle.

Bad screen - maybe get the insurance

The display spontaneously failed about a month ago without anything being done to it. Literally I was working on it and went to the bathroom. I came back to my laptop and the screen had lost pixels all over. No crack to the actual screen. There has been no drop or accident. Don't buy it or buy it and keep insurance (Apple Care+) on it because I read this is a big problem with this laptop.

Screen cracked twice
