Had a great help from Best Buy worker I would recommend to go to Gateway mall Best Buy, the best help.

After a year, my MacBook Air suddenly stopped turning on. The repair shop diagnosed it with a problem with a logic board and requires $600 to replace it. No history of dropping or any damage…in fact I was very careful with this computer. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product.

rather have a laptop with a cd dvd insertion until then I guess I have to deal wit certain games

I recently picked up the M1 MacBook Pro from Best Buy, and I’ve been blown away by the performance. Coming from an older MacBook, the difference is night and day. The M1 chip makes everything incredibly fast and smooth, whether I’m browsing, working on documents, or editing photos. I was a bit worried about compatibility with my usual apps, but so far, everything has worked without a hitch thanks to Rosetta 2. The battery life is phenomenal – it just goes on and on, which is perfect for my long days at college where I can’t always get a seat near a power outlet. The screen is gorgeous for watching movies and editing my photography work, and the keyboard feels comfortable for my marathon writing sessions. I do wish it had more ports, as I had to buy an adapter to plug in some of my older USB-A devices, but that’s a small gripe. I had a great experience purchasing it at Best Buy. The staff was helpful, and they even price-matched a competitor’s ad, so I got a great deal. Plus, I got points on my Best Buy rewards account, which is a nice bonus. If you’re on the fence and in the Apple ecosystem, I’d say go for it – the M1 MacBook Pro is a solid investment.

What happed go Apple? I waited for this computer. No problem with Bestbuy. All your apps are gone. No Facebook, no Pinterest, no Instagram, you can pay for the Amazon app. No Apple Watch. No Apple Watch health app. Apparently there’s an Apple war over apps. There’s not enough room in the sandbox. Literally this is a $1000 Chrombook. I’ve been Apple since Apple was Apple. This was for enjoyment not work. If you wonder why there are so many open box MacBooks for sale there’s your answer. You can’t even get this in the Apple store. Three week wait. So if your looking for a good open box Macbook air M1 chip mine will be going back tomorrow. I’ve got $1000 computer and I’m trying this on my phone. Crazy think is I researched this. Never did I read about an app war and a sandbox. While I’m at it. Got a new iPhone last week and no charger. They sell a phone with no charger and a funky cord. The same funky cord you get with the MacBook Air. Clearly not a Best Buy problem.
