Love, love love the Mac book. I'm a new user and it took a minute to get use to it but I love it.

I have always wanted a "Mac" Laptop, and a couple of days ago, I bought one. For years I heard a lot of talk about how superb Apple is, that PC's are a waste of money. They said that it's superior quality justifies the high price. I'm sure my opinion will change, but right now... Trying to get this thing setup without concise instructions, is driving me crazy. I don't want to read about the history of Apple, or how a certain thing works. I just want a 1, 2, 3, step instructions on how to get things done or where to find this or that. The most basic tasks, i.e. how to open and close an app, deleting a document, and Lord have mercy, all these emails and passwords. One wrong move and you're dead in the water! I had to erase the hdd three times, and might have to do it a fourth time. Apple YOU HAVE GOT TO DO BETTER WITH SETUP INSTRUCTIONS!!

Had spots on screen I didn’t notice until third week took it back for fix or replace and was denied it was a thousand dollar buy not a 50 dollar buy should have been replaced or fixed come on Best Buy do better sold me a defective lap top and took no responsibility

was not expecting to much since I own the iPad Pro. But is decent for the price.

Touchpad is very difficult to use. And the laptop keeps forgetting my password. I’ve been using Apple and Macs for decades and know how to use them. This is the worst.

Perfect for work and school. I purchased mine because my kids have one and they love theirs.

This was a gift for my granddaughter she loves this computer I’m happy I made this purchase

Terrible experience buying from Bestbuy! I ordered a MacBook Air which was supposed to be delivered today (3/4/2024), but I did not receive it. When I checked the tracking, it says the item was returned by someone. The carrier probably took it someone else's home and returned it, I am not sure. I have to wait for them to receive the item back to process my refund. In short, I do not have the laptop which I needed so badly nor do I have my refund! What a shame!!!

Its not as fast as I thought it would be. Video software lags. No USB ports. Could be better in that aspect. The picture quality is amazing though.

$200 off during black Friday. Apple is still very expensive. The kid better appreciate this!

•Very laggy when opening more than 3 windows. •Low & dimmer quality pixels compared to the pro. •The price difference between the air & pro says a lot. •If you’re someone who who strongly relies on laptop work whether it be for school or work, I’d go with the pro not the air - especially if you’re needing to make quality edits.

Recommended for Mac users. I have never had a Mac.
