    I am still unable to use my MacBook Air 13.3 that I got for Christmas from my generous husband. Neither my Apple ID or password never work. I have been unable to transfer anything from my first MacBook Air to the new one. It's discouraging and a costly gift that I'm unable to use.

    Watch works as advertised. Battery life lacking. Biggest problem is the promised extras. The one I wanted, Apple news+ , I was unable to get. I followed the directions, I contacted bestbuy to no avail. Bestbuy told me it was a problem with Apple and apple told me it was a bestbuy problem. Result, no Applenews+.

    I got this MacBook, started the necessary updates, and the firewall on the computer erased everything on the hard drive. I had to return it to Best Buy for a brand new one the day after I purchased it.

    I returned after a week. No Netflix or Peacock apps. Can’t download movies for these services. No touch screen. Get a Chromebook. Better price, more options.

    Save yourself the time and struggles and buy something else. The screen broke within my first two weeks of having it. Sent it out for repair and it was returned completely crashed. I would rather flush $1000 down the toilet than buy another one of these.

    I bought this item last December, downloaded the Free anti virus and after that Wifi stops working... couldn’t anything without internet.. I hired professional and paid $50 to restore in ‘new’ state before returning it Best Buy .. not happy customer here
