It came without the charger. After trying to get a solution they told me the only solution was to returne it and get a new one, so Im very dissapointed because I lost so many time buying it, waiting for it, and having to returned it and not only that, also I had to wait for my money to be back in my account.

After she handed us over to Geek, all was downhill.Led to believe all work would be completed on 1 appt to transfer. Three appts, seven days, 3-140 miles,& 3 tanks of gas later, Geek ref shuffled round 15 minutes, was less than personable, offered next to no explanation about what was done, & less than nothing as to what wasn't. Big mistake. 1,300 later, I know zero about my new laptop. CEO'S WEBSIGHT professes, "Integrity, extreme focus on extreme customer service & satisfaction. Really!! Manifested by our experience, I'd say they fell short of their expectations. Bad,bad,bad. NEVER NEVER,NEVER AGAIN ! BEST BUY.......1st& last time. Integrity my butt!
